Cute place but it is ran horribly! Paid 500 for a 2 hr party just to feel rushed to eat and being told when we have to sing happy birthday and then didn't even get a full 2 hrs they rushed us out the room 20 min before to clean up! The kid they kept getting on to the most was my son with autism spectrum so no it's not a friendly spectrum environment so disappointed!

We had our birthday party there and we loved how it was private and our kids had a blast. The staff was helpful in setting up, passing out the cake, and taking stuff down. But at the end of the party the party host got very rude with my guest and yelled and everyone to get out. We understand that the party time was over but there’s a way to speak to people and the way she did it was not it. So unprofessional and a lot of my guest were taken back on how she spoke to them. My suggestion would be to fix the way you speak to the party guest when leaving.

Drove all the way to midland from big spring and they were closed due to a private party. I wasted my free time and gas money. They need to have it on their website when they are going to do that as to not waste peoples time and money.
Edit: the owner replied saying they have dates and times of private parties posted on their website and social media. We looked at the website and on Facebook when we saw they were closed for a private party, and we saw nothing posted. We didn’t see anything on the website for a party that day and nothing was posted on their website. I feel like the owner is trying to CYA, and that makes it worse. I made sure to look on the website and social media before I made this review. They also mentioned that I could have called before I drove to their business. Which would make sense if they had something on their website mentioning to call before you go, but they didn’t. I guess they think people are stupid. After I’ve caught them in a lie I guarantee I won’t be back. I’ll make sure to tell everyone considering going that they will put the blame on you before admitting someone messed up.

My 2 year old LOVED playing here. He's on the spectrum and he especially loved the quiet zone room with the multi-color water-bubble wall display that was in there. He also loved the swings and the trampoline! I love that we found a fun, indoor place that he can run around and play in. The owner even noticed him covering his ears and offered him some noise cancelling headphones which was very thoughtful! We will definitely be back!!

The place was great and the kids had fun, but the employees are EXTREMELY rude. I even had multiple party guests come up to me and tell me the same. One lady sat right outside of the room on the other side of the glass and watched into the room the entire time. They were so insistent on staying on their schedule and recommended we not even open gifts at the party because she's 'found that it takes away from the kids play time.' they asked if they could cut the cake while people were still eating and I felt too nervous to tell her no because of the way they had already been talking to us. They made comments about having to cut a big cake when there's "not even that many people."
We felt rushed and uncomfortable the entire time and ended up cleaning up and leaving before our time was up. I'm not sure if they were annoyed with us because we had a party on a cold Sunday afternoon, but I've read other reviews about the employees being rude as well. Unfortunately for our children, none of us will be back but I'm sure that won't bother the business since they're making at least $500 per party.

I bring the 3 year old I watch at least twice a week and she always loves it! She plays for hours and I usually have to bribe her to leave.
The owners are great and know her at this point. Brandon always greets her and chats when we come in. Very clean and organized for any business, especially a kid’s place! Our favorite place to play in Midland!

Although I do like the idea of the place we will not be going back ! VERY UNSANITARY we did my daughters 1st birthday here an I kid you not EVERYONE who went got a stomach bug ! ALL 17 INDIVIDUALS HORRIBLE way to loose 10 pound in 24hr.
Coincidence you say ? Fast forward to the next time we went 1/25/2023 the very next day 2outta 3 kids that we took have been throwing up no stop. Call me crazy but I blame we rock the spectrum 100%
Don’t believe me just pay attention to the dirt an grime on the toy your kid plays with, including the yellow Elmo car swing. Filthy place let’s do better people

Wonderful place. The people were nice. It was clean. There were lots of options. It is great for preschool kids especially.
