My girlfriend went to pick up prescribed medicine that was covered under insurance from a hospital in Andrews, then they asked for the insurance card with the BIN number so she showed pictures of the front and back of her insurance card showing the RxPCN, RxBIN, & RxGRP then they said she had to pay for it because she didn’t have those numbers despite it being on the picture. My girlfriend said the counter lady was doing that to everyone in line and didn’t take no one’s insurance smh, just trying to make more money lol, so much for customer satisfaction & experience

On multiple occasions, they have lost my prescriptions. Calling doesn’t help, as the call center won’t transfer me to the actual pharmacy. After two days of trying to get them to look, I went to the physical location and the pharmacist asked why I waited until a Saturday to come up there. We went back and forth for 15 minutes arguing over whether or not they had my prescription, only for the pharmacist to magically find it and say “oh someone cancelled it so I don’t know if I can fill it.”

They should just close this Walgreen’s Pharmacy down. The horrible attitude from the pharmacist I mean if you don’t like your job find another one. No need to be rude to customers when ask a simple question when I was very polite with you. This is why I now had all my meds transferred to another pharmacy. Very very disrespectful disgusting attitude at this pharmacy.

10/1/23 Ridiculously ignorant pharmacy staff. It’s illegal to try and charge Medicaid members when Medicaid will cover the item and the staff refuse to change which item is the pharmacist refused to give me the name of the technician because she kept putting me on hold and not listening. Terrible customer service.Pharmacist was helpful and resolved our issue but still counteracts with technician refusing to do her job.

Went in to the cosmetic department and the girl I had asked a question to was more interested in being on her phone than helping me. I probably won’t be shopping there anymore and I have shopped there for 19 years.

This has got to be one is the worse pharmacy in midland. They had my husband RX for 24 hours and did not fill it. Went to go pick it up and told me I had to wait 30 minutes. I didn’t have time to wait so asked when they closed they said 9:00pm. Well my husband went to go pick up about an hour later and he couldn’t get because no pharmacy on staff and now he will be out of needed medicine. Absolutely ridiculous!

If it was possible to give it zero stars I would, the staff delays on the prescriptions, I dropped off my daughter’s prescriptions 2 hours ago and it’s a breathing treatment, I called to check if it was ready and nothing had been done.

Omg!!! I just called from another place (8 hours away) in Texas…. ask the pharmacy if they have another 24 hour pharmacy in Midland Texas because my son works on the pipe lines that he would need a 24 hour pharmacy because he doesn’t get off till 10 or 11 o’clock at night. Should he do an online office visit with a doctor and they prescribe him something he would need to pick up his prescription, right? This woman says to me you need to Google that are you kidding me I said what I have googled it came up with your number that’s why I’m calling and she said well. I don’t have any idea where you’re located no I’m not located near you. I’m calling to find out what 24 hour pharmacy, Walgreens I could use for my son. She got an attitude with me now I understand why this Walgreens doesn’t have a five star or even a four-star review. That lady was horrible. She was rude. She was nasty and all I was doing was trying to find out some information and she told me to Google it. like I have an already googled it.

Workers choose to delay because they do not want to read the prescription. Workers say the prescription is going to be ready when they close for lunch, workers refuse to read state issued photo ID (driver license), and question if prescription is for yourself, them require alternate verification while you are looking at them while holding your ID. I'm switching pharmacies. It's not worth the hassle for simple medications.

Walgreens Pharmacy is just bad…We have been trying to get a 2nd shot for my son. This is the second Walgreens we have tried!!!You would think they could electronically notify people that they are out of stock. NO. What about telling you in person when you check in? NO. They tell you after you’ve waited A HOUR that they don’t have the shot you need. BS, we had called AHEAD and they said they had the shot available!!!How about caring about peoples time Walgreens?

Graham Pharmacy sold their business to Walgreens in December and it’s been a nightmare ever since trying to get anything done here. On hold for forever, hung up on, very long lines, mistakes in Rx’s. Terrible. Option to get a call back comes on and then it goes straight to holding.
