If I could give less than a star, I would. Rude folks in the drive thru line. Acted like they were too busy to acknowledge my existence. Slow, slow, slow- and clearly don’t worry about anyone else’s time. Try another pharmacy- actually try any other pharmacy.

It is the worst pharmacy in Midland, long waits to be attended to, after a long time waiting they tell you that they do not take your health insurance. If you go to get vaccinated they leave you waiting at the exit for hours and if you don't go to complain to them they don't even remember that you were there.

Probably the worst Walgreens in the country. They loose my insurance information every single month that I come to pick up my prescription. And they just tell you to contact your provider. I’ve been to Walgreens in pretty much every state and they always have my information. I guess they do keep it in the system like they should right! But no not this location. If you wanna save yourself from a stressful time go to a different location.

I do not recommend this place. Mrs. Susie, a worker there, treats people with racism. If she sees that you are Hispanic, the truth is that I do not understand a place like this. There should be more professionals when dealing with humanity. She has such bad behavior and does not love you. attend and insult you for no reason is very ugly of him ???

If I could rate it lower I would. They never have my prescription ready. I call they hang up on me I show up to pick up prescription that I got a text saying was ready when I get there they tell me sorry it’s been cancelled. I think they are the worst. I am going to switch because anyone should be better than them.

have had difficulties with printing and photos on multiple occasions with the same girl both times. how does it take 3.5 hours to print photos and then they previously couldn’t print a document because it was out of paper and they had to wait until tomorrow. 24/7 express printing is a lie. along with this, she scoffed when i came back after she told me 10 minutes and had avoided us both times. lack of customer service in the whole staff as well

My girlfriend went to pick up prescribed medicine that was covered under insurance from a hospital in Andrews, then they asked for the insurance card with the BIN number so she showed pictures of the front and back of her insurance card showing the RxPCN, RxBIN, & RxGRP then they said she had to pay for it because she didn’t have those numbers despite it being on the picture. My girlfriend said the counter lady was doing that to everyone in line and didn’t take no one’s insurance smh, just trying to make more money lol, so much for customer satisfaction & experience

On multiple occasions, they have lost my prescriptions. Calling doesn’t help, as the call center won’t transfer me to the actual pharmacy. After two days of trying to get them to look, I went to the physical location and the pharmacist asked why I waited until a Saturday to come up there. We went back and forth for 15 minutes arguing over whether or not they had my prescription, only for the pharmacist to magically find it and say “oh someone cancelled it so I don’t know if I can fill it.”
