Very unprofessional. She attempted to belittle the other silver dealers in town. Very condescending to me… I will never step foot into this establishment ever again.

In general a pleasant experience. There is really no haggling, but it was not bad, the markup was about 7% over spot price for gold. A Sigma machine would have helped besides a scale to alleviate any doubts about products.

Not only do they offer poor customer service, they have rental properties they REFUSE to properly tend to. Leaving a family with no A/C and 4 kids, collecting on the father's estate, while sending a text ever first of the month to collect. The repairmen even said that that they are directed to get it barely running but do not do the full repairs as needed. Awful people, scammers. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

Way overpriced. 10% over spot for gold plus a 4% cc fee on top of that. Silver is even more overpriced. Exact same premium on the big stuff as the little stuff. Staff was also very rude and disrespectful. Only shop here if you hate yourself or your wallet. Pretty much every store in the Midland Odessa area is a better option.Shop owner or manager, if you are reading this, give your people a coffee pot and some cookies to cheer them up. And reassess your prices to be more in line with your competition, and i promise you business will improve. You have a great location, and great potential. I don't want to see any small business fade away and go under, yours included.

Visited about 6 years ago. Very rude front staff. Acted as if they didn't want me there. Felt rushed. Haven't been back since. If you want to buy coins and bullion from a local store, just go to the Vault in Odessa.

Extremely overpriced! Went to check out their silver and could not believe they wanted to sell me silver rounds for $25 a piece. Thankfully we live in the age of internet and took my business elsewhere.
