This is the worst car wash in Midland. The guy that vacuumed my SUV didn’t even take off one mat to vacuum. He was done within 3 minutes. The lady that approaches you is rude and seems like she doesn’t like her job as well as the lady at the counter when you pay. Very poor customer service. The inside of my SUV was not wiped nor clean. I paid for the Supreme Wash and I even got charged an extra SUV fee like if they’re going to take longer to clean it.
DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

I’ve had good experiences here with my company trucks for oil changes and car washes. If it was my personal vehicle I would suggest asking what all they plan to charge ahead of time bc I got a car wash done on my company truck and when signing the invoice noticed they had charged an extra $35 bc of mud on the truck. Honestly it wasn’t very bad either, but they did a good job and it looked great after! The oil change was done fast and the guys were friendly.

The worst of the services, I paid $30 and they left my dashboard super dirty, they didn't even clean the cup holder and they didn't vacuum it well, I found garbage between the armchairs. Don't waste your time or money on this place.

So much for customer service from Village Car Wash. I specifically asked if they would please vacuum the back end of my SUV since I had dog hair all over the back, and was told of course and nope that didn’t happen which is the second time I had asked. I’m not sure what the gentleman wiped down on the inside of my car other than the passenger door because nothing else was touched. I won’t be going back.

I threw away $30, the guy cleaning my vehicle didn't put the armor all on the entire wheel, my dash is still dusty and the inside of my doors are dirty. I should have waited and cleaned it myself.

They say they got rid of me because of a customer complaining about a fuel filter that I did ,he say that I did change.cool he sit right in front of me while I did it.l guess it cool for him to lie on someone to Make it right.that not player at all.
