We went in due to phone not having service without wifi, so all this time our data didn't work, we didn't know until or wifi got knocked out ,due to bad weather. Well after a long phone call, we got a phone ordered for replacement, got the phone and it wasn't even the brand or style I had. Went to the store and they couldn't find my phone on the account, and we are still making payments on it. Nobody knows a thing. Total phone time as 4 hrs one day and 3 the next. So that's my experience.

The girl with pink hair wanted to play her game on her phone instead of helping customers. She was rude and wouldn’t actually help! Other staff were all helping customers while she sat slouched over playing on her phone. She told me maybe a tower was getting worked on or something and slide my phone back to me and wouldn’t actually attempt to fix the issue.

I was waiting 25 minutes for someone to serve me, the doors opened and the representatives ran to serve them, I approached one and asked to speak to someone bilingual since I assumed that they would not serve me because I was Hispanic. They lost a customer, I left and made my purchase somewhere else. The person's response was to wait an indefinite amount of time for someone to serve me and he turned his back towards other customers. It was rude not to try to serve me when technology allows communication.

I came in so frustrated from the previous employees, Pablo and Jose were so helpful and patient with me spending 2 hrs in the store with them because of the previous employees, not only lied to me what I was receiving along with extra charges and mess ups! They resolved my issue the wait was well worth it. I can’t express enough my gratitude for these two gentle men helping me and they were so nice and did what needed to be done!

I was with at&t for over 12 years but here in midland I didn't have service. Went to there store and got no answers. Went to the Verizon store and Pauly helped me as soon as I walked in. Pauly made it easy to move from my old service over to Verizon. I was highly impressed and appreciative of my visit and how easy it was to transfer everything over. Maybe the next commercial needs to have Pauly showing people that it's too easy to switch. Pauly should get a raise too.

I almost gave up on Verizon after 14 years. Sam, you definitely turned my opinion around. Thank you for understanding my frustrations and the struggles I’ve been through. To anyone else in this company, it was the craziest task and impossible at every turn, but you handled it like it was nothing. Thanks again Sam!

Had a phone emergency yesterday with phone. I’ll just say manager was. VERY rude, would not try to help to get problem straight. The associate there Zach, was very helpful and went out of his way to help us get the problem taken care. Zach is wonderful. Yesterday’s situation really at the time made me want to ditch Verizon for another carrier. Been Verizon customer since beginning, before it was Verizon like 20 yrs loyal customer. Zach deserves 10 stars and a raise.

Got in and out in about 30 minutes, got 2 phones for my kids and the employee we worked with was funny friendly and super helpful. He didn't try to sell us more than we needed and actually suggested going somewhere else for cases that would be just as good for less.

Pauly and Nadia the manager didn’t want to help me out because I’m not an American Citizen just because my ID was expired but showed them 3 other different IDs that weren’t expired I had my pin to the account and my phone number is the main one on the account when I have been a customer for 8+ years at Verizon I run into this racist people not wanting to helping me out because I’m not a US citizen accordingly to them. Discriminating someone doesn’t make you a good or better person. Legal action will be taken so this doesn’t happen to more people at this store!
