Not sure who was working today but the female worker @11am did not offer any help. There were 3 people needing help and other than a small hello after we sat down there was no effort to assist us. There was also an elder woman that lost her phone and they didn’t even try to see what she needed. Not even telling us it would take a while… we were all waiting for 1 hour still no help. We had to get up and ask if it we would get any help and she told us that she only has one system so she couldn’t. We all ended up going to the bigger store.

The worker has very poor customer service skills. She looked at me and never asked what I needed just continued to help her friend. I wanted for an hour and did not receive any service from her!!!!!?

The most dishonest & rude employees I've ever worked with. Then again it's Midland Texas Verizon, wouldn't expect anything else. Traded in my working phone for the $700 upgrade your phone plan. This $700 was never applied to my new phone. This store basically took my old phone and pocketed it.

If you have verizon and have any problems, do not go to the corporate store! Go see RJ at Russle Verizon amd he will set you up! Awesome job and great customer service! ?

It was busy but the employee was very helpful. HE helped me locate the charger I was looking for and got me outta there pretty quick.I'll definitely go back to this store.

They couldn't be more eager to help you when there's a commission involved and you're part of a sale. When you have issues however, they instantly tell you they aren't able to help you and you have to go to a corporate store. Called ahead to the store and was transferred to their corporate call center, corporate assured me that they could process the return with a restocking fee. When I got to the store, some apathetic young woman repeatedly told me she wouldn't help because I needed to go to a corporate verizon store. Buyer beware.

Went into the store in October, ordered new iPhone 13 Pro Max phones. They show to have arrived yesterday. The phone number listed for the business says it is disconnected. Called the Russell Celllular store on Rankin Highway and they tell me that store is not even open yet. But people have been posting reviews for a while, so what's going on? Do you not even know if this business has a good phone number or not???

Terrible interaction today. Walked in and the one employee in the store just sat at the table and waited for me to approach her. Let her know that I was into switch my service from another carrier. She immediately had a tone and made me feel like she wasn't wanting to help. I knew the process and had all of my information and she needed to make it a quick transaction but instead I just walked out. Went to another Verizon store in Midland and had a very good experience. Stay away from this one.
