The person completely sold us on how quick & easy it would be to upgrade but everything that went wrong afterwards was a nightmare to correct even before my order came in. I still need up with the color watch I didn't want because it's such a hassle to fix. Verizon has gotten too big to have good service. Anyone you speak to on the phone barely speaks English so they don't understand what you're telling them. When I used the "business card" I was given for the rep at the local store she referred me back to customer service who once again couldn't comprehend my issue. Just a huge company trying to make more money now. Think I'll switch to Google everything in the future. Cheaper, better signal strength and customer service has been recommended by more than one friend...just fyi!

Went in and Brianna was awesome but because of closing time felt rushed and didn't attend to one of my issues. When I walked out the door was locked behind me and when I turned back the manager was at the door and wouldn't let me back in. I explained that I had asked for help with the issue before closing and that it wasn't addressed. Brianna confirmed and he was rude about expressing that he would not let me in regardless.

I did not Visit the store. I called to talk to them about switching from T-Mobile. The person I talked to wasn't very helpful. Basically told me it was a no go. Couldn't trade my old phones in. And they do not offer home internet where I live. So I'm only gonna give them 2 stars, Because they Answered the phone on the Saturday.

I've asked multiple time for a notification for when my bills are sure never got one even called customer service and still didn't get a letter or something but they wanna sit here and hit me with more shit. Even go as far as say there's a missing payment it may be late but not missing completely don't recommend it
