My husband misplaced an Apple Airtag in Gail, Texas. The person who found it mailed it to me in Loop, Texas.When it arrived, the envelope appeared to have been tampered with and the Airtag was gone.I used the “Find My” application to try to find out where it was. It is at the Midland Post Office at 10000 Wright Dr., but I have no way to contact them to find out whether it has been found. None of the choices on the call tree allowed me to speak to a real person, and none of the choices were of any help.

Man these folks are the most arrogant the old white lady and Charles I think they’re the only ones that work the desk. Charles clearly is incompetent, can’t believe they still work there with all these reviews agreeing that the post office needs to raise there standards and hire accordingly

We have come twice to get my daughter's passport and it is always a different pretext, the office is always empty and the man never wants to answer, the first time he gave us a document with what was needed and now we brought everything and we He changed to something else that was needed differently, we said we were going quickly for the document and he tells us that we have to make another appointment for two more months, an office that never serves anyone is always empty, that man spends his time sitting without serving anyone, it is an office that is isolated and there are never clients, why do they give me such distant appointments, besides the fact that the man does not like to work and mistreats us when he has to, they have to do something with that, no It can work like this because he receives a salary to serve the client, until when is this going to be with that man, what do I have to do to be able to get a passport for my daughter, because here it is impossible

one star is not worth it, zero is what that postal office deserves, lack of consideration of respect for the public, of racism, lack of preparation, it is a shame, it does not work, they spend the day boneless, the man does his job very poorly, they must prepare him or Give him a pass, because he is lost, we asked for information from his manager and he gave us the number of another office on Wall St and there they told us that they had nothing to do with them, that is to say, once again he bullied us without giving us a real reason, it couldn't be That none of the bosses see their bad work, how that place works, there are no words to describe, the lack of everything, a helplessness of not being able to do anything and continue doing bad work.

Don't ship from this store. They pilfer thru the boxes & TAKE WHAT THEY WANT! take a pic of the label they attach to your pkg!! if they want it, they will CANCEL the label in the system or ship an empty box! Did your return pkg arrive empty?? There is a reason for that!! This is happening to often to ppl I KNOW! management should be prosecuted! I hope UPS shuts them down completely!!

Unbelievable the way my family was treated when we went for passports. Postal agent Charles refused to honor the appointment I made for my children. I offered to show him proof, but because we weren't listed on his daily roster, he denied us and repeatedly tried to shoo us out of the way. I couldn't believe the incompetence and rudeness and inflexibility we experienced. We all took off from work and school for our appointment. We did our part. What a waste.

A return I had for a QR code would not register to print with them. Then they have no email or method to forward a sheet to print for the return label. I would pay for them to print but it’s the fact that they require you to have a printed paper but offer no printing services.

Went in for a walk in for a passport, which I think their hours are 10:30am - 11:30am and I got done in less than 20 minutes. Everyone was nice and efficient. I came in already with my application completed, photo, and other identification stuff which helped too

Packages have been marked as "Undeliverable" on 5 different occasions. Complaining has done nothing to fix it. I can never reach anyone by phone, and if you are expecting something on the weekend and it doesn't get delivered, you can't begin to track down your package until Monday. Living in multiple places throughout the country, the Midland USPS is by far the worst mail carriers I've ever dealt with. It's unreal that there has been no attempt to improve this issue.

Front desk lady name Mary Lou is very rude. I first walk in with a large box and she said that large box is for UPS. She said USPS doesn’t have any large package like that. I showed her the QR code and it says USPS.She demanded me to go behind the counter and bring the box to the back for her. I said mam I dont work here. Thats your job. So we went separate ways ?

Charles and Doreen are great USPS employees.Always positive, professional and excellent at customer service. I go very frequently and they are always helpful, I can tell they take great pride in their work and make my experience at USPS a great one!
