No one answers the phone. Says my package was delivered but nothing in my mail box. this isn’t my first issue with packages not being where they say they are.

So there is no listed phone number for usps locations just gives the very limited customer service number. Usps needs to step it up please

You guys need to hire people that have greater than a 3rd grade reading level. My neighborhood constantly deals with packages that are missing because they are delivered to the wrong mailbox. Figure it out, you've cost me hundreds of dollars in losses already from eBay sales.
