This area as a whole really lacks quality and customer service across the board. This is just another one of those businesses to add to the list. I was sold some dated parts (2020) that were not functional. After hours of wasted time between tearing my vehicle down, reassembling and commuting to and from their location. Their solution was to give me a store credit for said parts. Credit to purchase potentially more equipment/parts that are not functional? No thanks. Stay away.

Called in and the person who answered the phone was very unprofessional and did not care to really help me out on what I was needing. There were people talking in the background and communication was very poor. Needless to say I would not recommend this company until they are trained to act as a professional company.

I honestly wouldn’t recommend this place I know there supposably well known but the lady in the front obviously doesn’t have no idea what she’s doing the owner finnesed me I went to swap out tire remove it from one wheel and install tire on another wheel I had took him the wheels alone with out vehicle on my trailer first told me 50$ then 75 and then I was like fine handed him 80 and hesitated to give me my change and said he didn’t have change to return to me I told him whatever that’s fine but also here is a waste of time and they will get you for your money any way that can and the quality of work that seems to be performed here on this shop doesn’t not seem professional at all !your better off going to the Chop shop ??

Great place to get tires, suspension (lift kits, drop kits, and leveling kits), powder coating, any kind of body work. You name it I'm sure we got it.

Good place but the bad thing about it is that there was no car's and they took for ever to change my tires had to go back cuz of my front front alignment told them about my my message coming out tired low tires low and explain to them that my sister needed to be replaced and they didn't even check them some some employee kept cussing about something but will now go back

The people are very kind to answer their clients' calls. Everything is very good but I made an appointment this day at 8; In the morning I left my truck so they could install some luses, I open them and I tell them that I'm already going to go through the truck and that I can't put them in until Monday and even though they already told us that I need the change Poorly organized or bad service?????

The service leaves a lot to be desired.. they charged us very expensive and they didn't even do the work.. the secretaries were very rude.. they never spoke to tell us that they would not be able to do the work the day the truck was left from 10 am to 6 pm and yet when we went to see the secretary, she said that according to her it was not her job to talk to the client... we will never go back there, very bad experience

This place is absolutely disgusting the moment I walked in the front door I smelled death it smelled as if something died it was so bad I gagged and I couldn’t stayed in the store for more then a minute I don’t understand how this is healthy I was told to leave my rim there so I can have it checked for repair and the person walked out twice after they just said he was there so I come back the next day and they told they would charge 200 after they told me on the phone it would be 50 to 120 which was ok if only they keep there end of the bargain this place still smelled like death the very next day and I don’t think it’s going away I will not be coming back and I will be telling people not to go

The worst decision of my life was not listening to the reviews on how unprofessional this place is and how they will ruin your property and take their sweet time replacing it. After ruining my tires and my vehicle having to sit because their negligence they could’ve killed or hurt my family and I. These people put a 147 PSI in my tire that only holds 49! After be notified I have now received 3 different dates of when the tire would be here and all have come and gone. The manager actually thinks he is going to keep the payment after their negligence. We should’ve know better when it took the 2 weeks to do a 2 hour job. You have to call constantly because they forget they even have your car.

we took our truck to put some shocks and lift it , and they left the back lower than front .. plus they left a bar rubbing against each other and that made the truck run what’s called( dog walk ) they didn’t even bother to do the job right .. had to take it somewhere else to get it fixed cause we didn’t trust to take it back to them - very unprofessional:( ..

Took my 2021 Ford 250 to get a level kit and alignment 6/3 and noticed horrible alignment job done on it. Took it back Monday 6/5 and said can’t be checked until Wed 6/8 with zero F’s.. not even an apology was given. Took it today Wednesday all day and didn’t even touch it when I came by to see if job was corrected. The truck sat outside all day, and now needing my work truck to travel it’s in horrible traveling conditions, and said for me to take the truck like that when asked them if they would replace the new tires on the truck due to ware out of incompetent job and horrible customer service!

Nice guys and they do good quality work. Tweety knows what he’s talking about and did a great job of repairing my suspension issue and was able to identify some other repairs that will help smooth out the ride as well in the future. A little hard to find but following GPS you’ll find it.
