Well, this business blocked off the whole usable parking spot... Left no entrance to water well but one... Very tight gap beside smoke shop.. , not even a pathway was left from the Midland drive street... Could have just blocked it right behind the water well area so at least it has easy access to water well.. This just shows me what kind of owner this guy is... Supposedly blocked off parking because of runners working out in this parking lot... ??♂️As if this parking lot is always used for the storage... Storage kwner obviously is affecting the water well owners access to the business... So that tells you how storage owner must be as a person... Just saying.

The caucasian girl that works here the day I dropped uhaul off was very pleasant. Seemed very customer service friendly. Customer service friendly is rare in Midland.

It's clean quiet what do you want with storage unit. The only drawback is you may have to put your code in 3 4 5 6 times to get in the building and then when you go to exit if that doesn't work you have to get out of your car walk over to the wall push the button they need to fix their entrance and exit system. Management acknowledge the keypads are older they need replaced but they haven't done it.I'll look elsewhere next time.

I love storing my belongs here! It's clean, safe and climate controlled. You are out of the elements while filling your unit. The security system makes me feel safe when I'm here by myself.

Not bad for a store transformation to a storage. The area is bigger than it looks from the out side. The price for a 10x12 is reasonable (130$). Not quite climate controlled but things won't freeze.
