Despicable customer service. Louisa had absolutely no manners and was extremely impolite. I called to see when my truck was ready, it was the 3rd time it had to be taken there for the same issue that was never fixed. She stated that she had already called multiple times and no one picked up. I said what number did you call and when? She refused to answer. She said it was ready and when I got there I still had to wait 30 minutes for them to do paperwork. I asked if I had grounds for compensation since they continually did not fix the issue. She says that’s something I had to talk to manager about, who rolled his eyes at me the entire time I expressed my concern and grief for the situation. He says “you’ll have to call a customer service number because we don’t do that here” yeah no kidding. My company will never buy from toyota again, and I will be spreading the good word to others who are in the market for a vehicle.

Great Service!!! Only problem was that I had to wait almost 2 hours to get a tire rotation. The service manager and the service writer both apologized. They said they were 4 people short. I understand and know how hard it is to work with a short staff. No worries, they kept me informed. I will definitely be back.

My first time visiting this dealership, was great experience and will be my go to if&when needed from now on!I had the pleasure of having JD service manager working with me , he was amazing, informative & very helpful. I also spoke with Rudy in sales he was great as well, great personable skills. I would also like to take a moment to appreciate the mechanics or whom ever else took the time to service my vehicle. Great team and dealership all around. Thank you.

****** in parts did a fantastic job. I ordered a part and the next day I walked in to get the part. I did not say a word. She did not ask my name. She remembered me. I am sure they have a lot of parts ordered and a lot of customers. I was impressed with ******. Hard to find good customer service these days. She was smiling and good at her job. You need all your employees to be like ******. Maybe she can train the others.

Did work l didn’t ask for and when my wife left she had a awful shake in the steering . He told her that she needed to have her tires balanced and replaced.She told him to put back the way it was and when she left she had no steering issues. She felt he was talking down to her.she grew up with a mechanic for a father and I have done my share of mechanical work. I called to talk to someone left a message and have not heard back

Santiago and Sigi attended us and they were great! Real problem solvers, cannot recommend them enough, definitely earned our business. They were friendly and open about everything, cared about our needs and wants and offered outstanding customer service. If you are in the market for a new car but hate going to dealerships, ask for Santiago, a real pro, he is sure to make this a smooth and enjoyable experience!

I just changed my review from a 5 to a 1. I was quoted the price of 4 tires but that I would be able to buy 3 and get one for $1 this October. I call today and was told the District Manager decided not to do it. I could not leave a message for him or even speak with a manager to make a complaint. I still love their service department but I think this price should be honored.

Windshield damaged by cement truck needed replaced. Happened to be in Midland so I contacted the dealership for service. Customer service over the phone was very friendly and informative. Received the information needed with estimated timelines and cost. Called back later and confirmed to move forward with ease. Service onsite was professional and respectable as well. Also accommodated me with shuttle service away from the dealership and then back to the dealership once the services were complete. No complaints. Very professional and efficient with quality.

I recently visited this place and had a very positive experience. Eric and his friends were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and their hospitality made for a great visit. The overall vibe of the place was excellent, and the atmosphere was very comfortable and inviting.I really enjoyed my time there - it's truly a great place to spend some time. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a unique and enjoyable experience. This past Saturday I had the privilege of meeting one of the best car salesman I have come across! His name is Mr. Michael Arthur... This young man went over and above what most would do in the career field he has chosen and this Minnesota boy is a tough sale! He is polite, kind, caring, knowledgeable about his job and the vehicles he sells, pleasant to talk to and just be around! I was at the dealership for hours and not once did he seem annoyed or pushy trying to get that sale! Michael answered all of my questions and I had alot of em... Sorry Michael! ? I can't say enough about the work ethic of this young man! This dealership is top notch in my opinion! If your looking for your next vehicle give em a try and ask for Michael, I promise you will not be disappointed! Julian was very helpful in making sure we both went home happy. Worked promptly to get me in and out as fast as possible. His people skills were great, hospitality also amazing. Management and finance were very friendly. Overall experience was pleasant. Definitely ask for Julian Baeza for any of your car needs.

Toyota of Midland always makes me feel like a VIP when I go in for maintenance on my vehicle. I so appreciate the EXCEPTIONAL customer service on any given day. This is a rare commodity in today’s society, and I APPRECIATE YOU ALL!!! Toyota’s customer service is one of the main reasons I will continue to purchase and own Toyota vehicles in the future.

This dealership will say it has cars in inventory online. That are not actually on the lot. You will have to call ahead to see if a vehicle you are interested in is actually physically there.

Excellent service as always! I'm able to get in and out for all my maintenance needs in a timely manner, and they let you know what's going on every step of the way. Highly recommend over the Odessa location!
