I brought in my 2023 capstone with 10k miles for routine maintenace and these guys blew lithia Odessa out of the water. They had me in and out. They also took the time to replace a part that was a common issue for my year model without hesitation. A volume knob. Lithia Odessa wanted me to schedule a drop off for the knob and leave it for the day which seemed outrageous for a plastic clip that would take 30 seconds to install. I didn’t even bring it up to these guys in midland and they had it all handled during my oil change. My experience was great! April and her team did awesome.

Update: I spoke too soon. My first experience with Toyota was good. This time however they kinda dropped the ball. I was sold a 2016 Range Rover Evoque and i didnt realize at the time but the key for the lock nuts was not in the vehicle. (OK no big deal we can just order one) I took it twice to have tires put on just to sit there for 2+ hours to be told (after i went to check on the vehicle) that they did not have the right key to remove the rims. Ok fine asked them to just break them off, they wouldn't. They came back with a proposal for me to once again leave the dealership just to then take my car back a 3rd time they would give me a rental and they would take the car to range rover in san Antonio and have the bolts removed. In the meantime while I was waiting to take the car back the rear brakes started making noise. Fun fact the rear brake pads were pretty much metal on metal. I asked if they planned on driving or shipping the car to San Antonio... they couldn't tell me. I let them know about the brakes... just got an ok. I was able to find a mechanic shop to get the lug nuts off without damage (like they told me it would do at the dealership) so they didn't have to take the vehicle because it seemed unsafe to drive that far and risk damage to the car. I was finally able to take it to get the tires put on and figured since it was used and was sold like that I would eat the cost of replacing the brake pads even though i havent even had the vehicle for a month yet. (Something i feel they should have inspected before they sold it as a safety issue). I now have a vehicle that i cant even drive because the pads were so worn it now needs a front AND rear end alignment. Both of which i cant really afford (single income household) and i am now out a vehicle because its not safe to drive and do not have a "spare vehicle" to use until i can somehow get this fixed. I work full time and also have a 7th grader in football that I am now going to have to figure out transportation. I understand i bought used but i also trusted them that everything was checked and inspected to make sure it was safe for the road and it wasnt. Thanks for nothing.
I have now bought two vehicles from Toyota Of Midland and both times they have been amazing and so helpful. They go above and beyond to make sure to help their customers out. Definitely have a customer for life.

April was so kind and helpful! She restored my hope in the service department. The men who have “assisted” me the past several years have been helpless, grumpy, and just plain awful. So glad to see someone competent, kind, and efficient!
