“The deal they offered me in the store was not exactly what they promised me over the phone. The person I spoke with told me if I would ask for him he would take care of me. I made an appointment for the following day. When I showed up the next day, that person was off for day and the manager on duty did not offer any real help. Discount Tire is what it is... They are about the only game in town and certainly the only tire chain you will find in almost every city across America. They're good enough but could be better.”

“I went in at 5:59PM thinking that they closed at 7PM, I arrive and see that they close at 6PM. I had a fast leak on one of my tires and I live about 45 minutes from town. I felt bad trying to get it fixed as they were closing, so I was going to attempt to make it home and asked to set an appointment for the following morning (if I made it). Adrian was so kind and stated that he would check with the guys to see if anybody would be willing to repair my tire. If they couldn’t stay he stated that he would do it himself. Thankfully they all stuck around and assisted each other in getting 2 other vehicles and mine fixed up in no time. They will never know how much I appreciate the time they took & their kindness. Discount Tire is always our go to for all our company vehicles and personal as well. This team just made me love them even more.”
