“Wow! What service. I’ve been running around on less than perfect tires lately (I know, shame on me) and I had about an hour before I needed to be somewhere. So…I stopped in real quick at the Forrest Brothers location on Andrews Hwy. I was immediately greeted as I walked through the door. This alone was impressive. Soon afterward we’re taking a look at my two very bad back tires and discussing a solution that was best for me today. Needless to say, 30 minutes later I’m driving off with two new tires and a smile on my face, and that’s saying something. Because honestly, who smiles when they have to buy tires! “I buy all my tires for all my vehicles at Bill Williams, I usually do business with Mr. Cruise but he was not available. I had taken my wife's suv to a very well know mechanic shop for brakes and was charged $900.00., yes for brakes and they told me our vehicle needed new shocks, springs, bushings, tires, alignment and much more at the cost of $4,000.00. I took it to Bill Williams and they had their mechanic look at our vehicle without them knowing what I was told. I requested an inspection on the items above and after their inspection they said all you need is tires and alignment. I have a 2013 GMC 2500hd with only 62,000 miles and my wife's 2014 GMC Arcadia has 56,000 miles, Bill Williams gives us free flat tire repairs and free tire rotation and now that I know they have mechanics there, I will take them there for all my vehicle's needs as they proved to have honest employees there.”

“Store TXM03, 1001 Rankin Hwy, Midland, Texas. I must commend your employee, Mason for hanging with me and delivering what I consider superlative customer service on a complicated and difficult transaction. I ordered, for my wife, a set of tires for her MB, online. Mason reached out to tell us these particular tires were on a national backorder. I went to the store he walked me thru and found us some that were probably better (Michelins) and less expensive. Now the difficulties really start... Before we could make it in for our appointment, my wife had not one, but two un-repairable and non-drivable flat tires. Since these are "Run Flat" sites, there was no spare. I took the first one in and he fixed it, I took it and installed it on her car, (this was on a Saturday), on Sunday, there was yet another one. I brought it in, new tire mounted quick enough for me to pick it up, put it on, bring it to the store, have the other two installed by the end of the day. The spousal unit was elated! Thank you guys very much, especially Mason.
P.S. Give the man a promotion if he wants one.”
“What a friendly group of Guy is working there they help me out. I originally went to just get new tires mounted, and balanced ended up finding out that they do suspension work so I had them do my full front and lower control, arms, and upper arms they did an amazing job we upfront about pricing truck rides like a dream after their alignment. I highly recommend anybody looking to get work done or tires come here.”
“This is a great place to go for all needs related to wheels and brakes and suspension type things. I wish they did everything else, too! They are efficient and knowledgeable. Everything is expensive today, but they are extremely reasonable when compared to others. I've used them multiple times and have always been pleased. They are very nice to deal with, too!”

“I can’t say enough on how pleased we were with Donna and all employees at the discount tire on West loop 250. We had been traveling for 10 hours to watch our son’s college playoff baseball games when we hit a rock on highway SH-349. They all went out of their way to get us back on the road so we would not miss his game. We highly recommend this location. It is so nice to know how they cared and helped us out.”

I walked next door, got one of the best burritos I’ve ever had, (cheese was the best I’ve ever had) real authentic Mexican cooking.
I got my burrito to go, by the time I ate it, they finished mounting my 4 new tires mounted and balanced. I paid and I was out the door!
