Not happy with my purchase at this store. Went to tried and was informed that was not their policy due to tags being off. Most stores have a retag device. Which enables them to retag a purchase. Keep in mind not even 12 hours later I needed to return them. Due to their sizes not being a normal size for the boutiques I normally shop at. So I’m stuck with pants that are a size too small and a jacket I can’t wear due to it being very itchy and scratchy. Money isn’t the issue. It’s the principle. Had it been a couple of days. I would totally understand, but it was not even 12 hours and due to my kids taking the tags off without my knowledge but me still having the tags themselves in my possession and returning them along with the items and proof of purchase. It shouldn’t been a no brainer.
Other than these issues. The store is cute, smells nice and customer service is great. Just very dissatisfied with their return policy, because other boutiques I shop at I’ve returned items the same way. I was never denied a refund or trade in store……
Update: miscommunication on policies! So very thankful for the information and Lindy reaching out to resolve the concern I had. Very quick and efficient. I will be back. In store credit was given and as always the customer service was beyond amazing!

Absolutely loveeeeee The Pink Pug! ? The cutest Boutique with the best customer service! They have the cutest clothes and gifts for everyone on your list! It’s always a stop for me when birthday/gift shopping! Not to mention — Every purchase I’ve made over the years is perfect, delivered on time (and pick up is always incredible)!

I love coming to shop here! The clothes are great quality and they are extremely size inclusive. Plus you won't find a cuter more sassy store in Texas. Absolutely love going into the changing room and seeing "mr.RIGHT" standing there approving how I look lol (a cardboard cut out of RIP WHEELER that I'm gonna have to steal. JK) Everytime I come in there is something new. And I swear we all need one of the one piece dresses with built in bras and shorts. I live by those. The staff are extremely friendly and the only time I've had to return something I got store credit and they helped me to find something that matched the price.

I have shopped in store and online for in-store pick up, and even pop up events.The staff are always so sweet and helpful. Everything I have ever bought has been great quality. One of my go to spots to find the perfect gift or something for myself!
