Texland did a great job of repairing my vehicle, and getting it back to me in a very timely manner. I was updated by weekly texts about the progress of my vehicle, and even receive pictures so that I could see the difference. If I had a question, I would call and I got an answer very quickly. I highly recommend them.

Texland was a great experience. They were willing to help me look for parts that other body shops told me were no longer possible to order. For reasons outside Texland's control, things took longer than expected, but they kept me updated every step of the way. I would definitely take my car here again.Services: Auto body & trim repair

Kept my friends vehicle an extra day (after calling and claiming it was repaired and ready to be picked up at least 3 different times) the extra day was to replace a windshield wiper! Just to find out the wiper was NOT replaced due to the fact they ordered the wrong blade. Not recommended!

Communication and body work is top notch! Lupe handled all insurance related estimates and coordination, kept me informed throughout the entire process, and made sure all work was completed in a timely manner. Best experience I have received with a body shop in Midland by far!

Quick, efficient, and phenomenal customer service! This was my first time dealing with this shop and I'm glad I did. I've dealt with shops in the past that make you feel like everything is on thier time. This shop made me feel like it was about MY time. They went above and beyond to make sure the job was done right and quickly so that I could get back on the road. They got everything done before schedule and brought my car back to life! Thanks y'all!

They turned a three week job into a seven month hassle. They drove my car without putting the lug nuts on and wrecked it. After that they damaged the tint, broke trim pieces, dented the trunk and were not willing to reimburse me for the additional 6 months I spent on a rental. I got my car back and my stereo, tire pressure monitoring system, and airbag systems don’t work. It was also very dirty inside because they left it uncovered with the rear window out. They lied to me many times and would not return my calls. I would never recommend them to anyone.Service: Auto body & trim repair

If your vehicle is damaged pass a fender bender do not bring your vehicle here. While initially doing research I thought this company was legit and could deliver our vehicle within a reasonable time. It has now been 3 months and we have been given the run around that the truck will be ready “next week” for 6 weeks straight now. All they were allegedly waiting for was mirrors and a few other things on the passenger side but promised the tailgate was finished. My husband finally went in person to take a look at the truck to see what truly needed to be done and what was the hold up. To no avail, nothing had been done not even the promised tailgate. In the same exact condition as it was dropped off. Yet our insurance is constantly getting new invoices submitted that they only need a few more items. My recommendation is to take your vehicle somewhere else. No communication and false promises here. Will update rating if they respond like professionals and correct the situation. Otherwise, I don’t think this is a legit company and might very well be a chop shop/scam, based off of numerous negative reviews. Will be checking credentials and escalating situation outside of the company. Good luck to those that have already trusted them.Service: Auto body & trim replacement

Quick & reliable work when my car was totaled last week. Texland Collision towed my car first thing the next morning from the parking lot where my car was pushed into after the wreck. Took a couple days before insurance called and claimed it as a total loss however, in the mean time Texland had added Crashwrap to my car to prevent dirt/weather damages even tho it was clear it was totaled. The effort taken to treat the totaled car as they would the other cars speaks volumes! Definitely recommended to friends & family! ??

Unfortunately 0 stars wasn't an option. I would not recommend Texland collision to anyone looking for quality service. Out of all places here in Midland Tx i decided to trust this body shop with my vehicle and i now realize that i have made a mistake. I wrote a review when i had first picked up my vehicle but shortly decided to delete it because i am a Mechanic myself and i thought i would just cut them some slack. As time goes by im noticing more and more mistakes that this shop has made. To name a few my driver side window seal was supposed to be replaced, it wasn't. There is a pretty nice size rip on the seal that they marked with paint marker and took a picture of so there is generally no excuse for it. I was driving to work one day and noticed that there was to much rattling noises from my exhaust coming into my cab, upon further inspection i realized that my driver side passenger window seal was not installed correctly and to make matters worse it looks like whoever installed it ripped it so it's not able to be placed on the plastic clips that'll allow it to seal correctly. When i picked up my vehicle i noticed that my headliner was really dirty and was not installed correctly i decided to just clean it and re install myself. There is runny clear coat on my doors and paint splatter on my body panels that wasn't taken care of. These are just a few examples i decided to name a side from them having my vehicle for a significant amount of time. I've never wrote a review in my life so no im not a Karen but i felt this review was necessary. I wouldn't take my vehicle back even if they tried to make things right ill just purchase the parts and install them myself.

Took my SUV in for hail damage. The original estimate they did months prior was the same cost as the actual work. The repair was done well and in a timely manner. We are pleased with the service and care provided by Texland! We will return!Service: Body & Trim

The work done on the car was terrific, but the front desk/the financial dept, and the owners are horrible. So, they ask you to sign docs when you drop off the car making you responsible for finances- done at all auto collision companies. The issue is that they must do their diligence on prices or caps w/insura policies; therefore, the client will be responsible for all extra costs or uncovered chargers if they DONT file the correct paperwork. Assuming the quote is x amount but for whatever reason, parts /services costs have changed, then the owner is responsible, and no courtesy call is done to the client making THEM aware of the coming price changes. In my experience, I was quoted x amount and had my car sitting due to a shortage of parts for six months. Once the pieces were available, work began on my vehicle. Come to find out, after asking and confirming, all prices and coverage remain the same from day one. I had a $3300.00 balance, or else the car wasn't going to be released. The proper docs were not submitted, and the insurance didn't pay the total price. I had paid for it, for my car to be released, and had to contact my insurance to get my money back, which took a few wks. My point is that not everybody can pull that x amount of money or leave the car sitting at the shop until the shop and insurance resolve the situation. It is not professional to cost more hammock to someone already dealing with their vehicle in a non-working state. Worst yet, if the insurance doesn't cover the repairs, and you don't have the means to pay, at that point, the shop can keep the car for non-payment which can turn into a civil case. If the vehicle has a monthly payment that will remain active, plus now court costs, lawyers' fees, and shop storage fees all over not doing diligence and communication. There is no car in the meaning and a long wait for the issues to be resolved with the court system.
