From the first day they were supposed to tow the vehicle we had problems. I didnt know where my vehicle was for around 4 days because it was in their yard but hadnt been accepted til they realized.
Then, they told me the tow truck company gave them the wrong key for it and mine was lost. It ended up being the shop’s fault and they got a key but didnt get resolved til another 2 weeks later. I had to call almost everyday to resolve the problem even though it wasn’t my fault and almost had to pay for key fob and programming. They had gave me an estimated date and when time came they told me it wasnt ready and if the parts they needed got there by a Friday then it would be 1 week to 2 weeks more. After 2 months it was declared a total loss. Just a huge waste of time whether it was my insurance’s inspector fault or the shops, but yeah the first weeks with the shop were soo frustrating!

This body shop is probably the best in town. Upon arrival, they took really good care of me and had my truck out in less than three weeks. Throughout the entire process, their front office team is extremely communicative. Because I was dealing with a third-party payment, I was expecting this to be a nightmare. Texland took all the hassle out of it and I was very impressed when I picked my truck up. They left it looking brand new desire it having some pretty bad damage when I dropped it off. I definitely recommend this company to anybody needing Collision repair.

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever dealt with. Other than the endless excuses as to why my vehicle took 10 months to complete they followed up with trying to charge me for all the lost parts they lost during the 10 months. After arguing for weeks that texland lost the parts, and that this shouldn’t be on the customer to cover their incompetence. We settled that I would buy the parts from them if they could provide said parts. Shockingly they couldn’t find any of the parts. Yet still stood on the ground that I needed to pay full price for the parts and now at this point I owed storage fees as well. Absolutely ridiculous situation and no ability from lower management and front of house estimators to be able to admit their mistakes. I would Deter anybody from using this company.

Had my sons Chevy Colorado in the shop - awesome work - can’t thank them enough - Lupe went above and beyond his duties - I recommend Texland Collision for any of your auto body shop needs - thanks to all at Texland Collision for the awesome work on my sons truck . 6/4/2024. My truck has been back 3 times to redo paint job - I need for manager to reach out to me. - they are charging me a diagnostic fee for something the shop did wrong.

We got our vehicle fixed but Texland had to send our truck to a 3rd party shop to repair AC condenser. Texland for some reason purchased the condenser from local Chevy dealership instead of allowing 3rd party shop to purchase parts so that both parts and labor would be warrantied. After a few days of having truck the AC did NOT work due to a bad condenser. When we took it back to Texland they took truck back to 3rd party shop that originally did the AC work, Texland exchanged the AC condenser at local dealership through warranty but 3rd party shop would not warranty the labor because the part wasn’t purchased directly from them. I hold Texland accountable as a customer for not paying 3rd party shop they sub AC work to because they should have had them provide parts and labor so both could have been warrantied. We basically had to pay for labor twice because Texland would not pay to get our truck from shop. We will be pursuing this in small claims court unless they make it right by us. I’m sure here are more honorable shops in Midland to take your truck to, I would NOT recommend this shop to anyone.

I would 100% recommend this place if you’re needing repairs for your vehicle. (I went to the one on loop 250) They keep you informed, they are very helpful and the repairs were great quality and good timing. Very happy with the results and will gladly go back if I ever need anything else fixed.

They were very quick to fix my car after I was rear ended….almost too fast. I was enjoying the rental.
