Best place ever to wash clothes. It’s always clean and you do not have to wait in line. The staff is also very sweet. I wash here every week. The prices are very reasonable!!! 10000/10

I had a great experience at the Superwash Laundromat today. It has been about 23 years since I last went to a Laundromat. I was trying to figure out how much it would cost to use the washing machine when a man approached me and asked if I needed help. I said yes, how much does it cost to use the washing machine. It turns out I was standing in front of the dryer. He was kind enough to show me the process and how to pay to use the washing machine. Instead of using quarters, you now load money on a card and use that to pay to wash your clothes. I also discovered that it cost more than 10.00 to wash three loads of clothes. That was all I bought in quarters. The man helping me gave me a card that already had a $9.00 on it so that I can wash all three loads. That was a true act of kindness..After I finished washing my clothes I asked one of the attendants the name of the man who helped him. She said his name was Mike Cobs. I just wanted to let him know just how much I truly appreciated him going above and beyond to help me. Thank Mary ?

Clean, helpful staff and as busy as it was I was able to turn my loads of laundry pretty quickly. The Xtra large dryers completely dried my large loads in only 20 min.

Apparently the normal size washing machines can only wash 3 pairs of jeans at a time for $2.75 a wash. Prices keep going up yet seems like the washing capability are decreasing.

One of the better places, staff is 50/50 friendly and the maintenance guy is all ways super sweet, and super hot and allways busy. Yall should provide him with free starbucks.

rude old lady at the front desk, so I bought something from the candy machine and I didn’t get my change back, so I went to the front desk to ask If I could get it, and the lady told me that it’s not nice to ask people to pay for my stuff ???? and she didn’t believe me, she was practically calling me a liar with her rude questions, she was like are you sure that It’s this price or you’re guessing? she clearly doesn’t know how to do customer service, she could’ve just tell me that this place doesn’t own the machines and just put a sign saying that the matching doesn’t do change back, she chose rude responses instead of just being politeand of course I didn’t want my change back after her bad attitude
