I’m only giving 2 stars for the good food but this guy Jose needs to learn how to roll the tortillas into a burrito other than that no concern except one more but not gonna throw him under the bus.

Stripes is a dirty convenience store not very well maintained internally. Hot foods have been left in the heaters until it's turned to the consistency of wood .be careful what u buy.

Went in on 4/23/25 at 10:20 am and customer specifically asked if they had taco sauce, not hot sauce before she got a burrito, and cashier said yes. I myself got a burrito and went to pay and the cashier burped so loud and laughed about it didn’t even say excuse me as I was standing there. I also asked if she had taco sauce and she said yes soon as I cashed out, I asked for the taco sauce once again she said it’s over there. I went over there and there was no taco sauce then she yells that is all we got. Just so rude, they need to train the employees how to have better Customer service skills. Restrooms were also filthy.

The Corporate Higher Ups are Ridiculous!! I hope they go down with the ship, now 5hst they got rid of the people actually keeping the store afloat!! Shame on 7-11 Corporate. I for one will not support a single one of your stores ever again!!

Bathrooms obviously don’t work for the public!! Seen a guy go in and out and then walked behind the dumpster and proceeded to take a number two🫢! Also fix your damn fridge none of your drinks are actually cold!!!!

Bathroom was decent, and the staff were extremely nice. The prices are really high, but everything else is too so idk I'd that's their fault or not :p

You have to be careful when they refund your money. The cashier told me she had refunded my money and ended up charging me for like 18 packs of cigarettes. I called and spoke to the manager and the manager totally blew me off. I lost over $100 that day. Now I only use cash app or cash when I go to this store.
