Just went in and the old lady with the mean face is sooo rude. Talked to me with a rude voice and was comparing other company’s to them . She said she’s been working there for 25 years so tbh you would think she knows how to have customer services. First negative experience I’ve had at a stripes in a very long time. Definitely wouldn’t suggest this location if your happy and in good mood. I will go to pilot from now on

Not the best stripes I've been to better ones. Management is also rude as hell from my experience when I use to go this way def need retraining on how to be empathic towards people

I wish I could give no stars!!!! The staff woman in the front with the ponytail was so rude and unhelpful. The young guy that makes the tacos has nothing but way over cooked potato and eggs and the sausage and eggs were just as over cooked. Nothing is covered and the guy who makes the Tacos was touching everything and not changing his gloves!! I wouldn't eat here!!!!

Half the pumps have out of service bags on the pumps, then most of the rest the screens don't work at the pump. There's a bunch of fill up options at this exit, do not use this one, especially if you're filling up before dropping off your rental. You'll save a few minutes of frustration.

Quick food to take out he is always over cooked more like burnt. Drink fountain is always broke down . can't keep the store stocked . Don't waste your time in here.

My only complain is with THE LADY MAKING THE TACOS, the ONE Mexican lady with the blonde hair and the black eyebrows, SHE'S extremely extremely extremely extremely extremely freaking rude. I'm a Mexican, for a Mexican to say that about you, there must be something wrong with you. If you're not happy with your job go find another job. When people are nice to you you're supposed to be nice back. NOT RUDE! Everyone the comes there is nice to her and she manages to be rude right back, she has her chosen few that she talks to nicely, but in general she's just straight out rude. I don't expect Stripes or The Laredo Taco company to do anything because she's still there. CUSTOMER SERVICE GOES A LONG WAY, EXCEPT WITH HER!

First off, I'm from Laredo, Tx and the taco company at stripes is called the Laredo Taco Company which is where this food service was started. The lady serving the tacos was very rude to the people waiting in line and looked like she had a very bad attitude. An old man told her good morning and she didn't acknowledge him at all. I feel like this in a way makes my hometown look bad. Then the guy at the register was too busy on his phone to scan my items and when he did he huffed at me. I don't know if it was because he was overweight or something but I'm definitely not going to shop at this place again.
