Today, I went in to make a purchase they had a new hirer on which is fine I have lots of patience for new people. He reads me my total which I know is wrong so I point it out and I'm like "no man that's not right these are on sell" his trainer comes over and says "he's new sorry about that" to which I responded "I understand that I just noticed this total was off and was like " nope that's wrong" and I even giggled and smiled a bit. Like genuinely just having a conversation and this woman puts her hands out as if to calm me down and gets an attitude. I left my things on the counter and said " you know what I'm good and it's not the new hirer fault it's yours".
I understand he is new. That doesnt mean I should have to pay more so I am going to point out when the total is wrong. I was nice about it though there is no reason for the way she reacted. The way we talk to people matters. Anyways I'm at Murphy's now spending my $15 and I hope the new hire has a great first day.

Since yall charge 40 cents more for diesel it would be nice if you could clean off the diesel hoses It merely brushed against my pants had to go change.

I barely go to this place since my friend quit. I go in there today for a Monster and cigarillos. I tell the young girl Merdel (I don't remember, but 6 letters and starts with M) I want Game Green, she slowly walks to the cigarettes and puts her hand on a pack. I say "no Game Green", she moves her hand to another pack of cigarettes. Trying to keep my cool I say "Game Green, the cigars on the bottom shelf. As if she's deaf she moves her hand down a shelf and grabs Swisher Silvers, already annoyed I say "down", she moves down to the shelf it's at, i had to tell her to move her hand left until the idiot was finally there. Five minutes later, my cousin goes in to get drinks and snacks, she looks at one of the items, then the screen, slowly scans, then the next. It's like the girl was tripping acid oss. I'm most likely never coming back, they're all stupid.

Clerk REFUSED to cash a $200 winning ticket at this location.. Spoke with manager, I explained that the TX Lottery website states that retailers are to cash winning tickets up to $599, she still refused & stated that her store policy was to limit winning ticket redemption to $100 only & that since my ticket was for $200, I needed to take my winning ticket elsewhere to be redeemed.. I went to Kent Kwik at 4400 W Illinois Ave Midland TX 79703 & they were happy to cash my winning ticket.. TX Lottery needs to revisit their policies with this manager since they will not comply with TX Lottery requirements..

I have to say that my daughters and I really enjoying coming to this store. They have always been friendly and if they don’t have something made such as coffee or food they do not mind making some. I can see that they really enjoy the job and it’s just not just another paycheck for them. Good job!! To all the employees that work at this store. Keep up the good work.

Depending on what time you go, and who you get will determine how your experience is. Occasionally in the mornings, there is a gentleman that is AMAZING! He’s super nice, helpful, and talkative. He is the only good thing about this location. Otherwise, all the other employees ignore you, and act exacerbated at having to do your job, which you basically have to force them to do. They don’t communicate what your total is unless you ask, won’t ask if you want a bag or receipt, nothing.

I do not eat the food from their kitchen but I do frequent the place for other things and I always get a friendly greeting and the nicest cashiers. There are a lot of places around here where they do not even say one word to you, not even a total at times you just have to look yourself. Not one hello or anything. I love the customer service at this location.

The toilet was full a water was turned off. Total mess! No tea made all four dispensers are empty! These people never put receipt paper at the pumps. I come here all the time. It's not a store that has got it!
