I washed my truck on Sunday there were 2 guys drying cars when it was my turn I gave tips to each one of them when I got home I noticed there was a lot of water spots they only dried the windows I was so disappointed,

I had to get a new member sticker this week. The lady at the booth was very nice and helped me take care of that in just a few minutes. All the employees were doing their best to make sure my car was clean.

Worst experience at a car wash ever!!! I have been a loyal customer for years! I had the cover to my antenna broken off while being brushed before entering the wash. The lady who broke the cover just handed it to the other washer like nothing happened! They told me “it fell off” but we heard it get hit and broke off by the brush. I asked to speak to the manager (Jordan) and she approached the car with a terrible attitude from the jump! She immediately told me they won’t do anything about it because we “kinda gave them permission to brush the car”. She said she wouldn’t report it to corporate because they weren’t going to do anything and we’re just going to have to fix it ourselves. I asked why she had an attitude and was being defensive and she yelled at me and said she wasn’t being defensive she was telling me they aren’t going to do anything about it. I asked for corporates number and she said “you will never have to worry about seeing me here again” and walked away got her purse and got in her car and left. I was left sitting in the entrance to the car wash with multiple cars behind me, no help, no corporate number, no refund, no explanation, NOTHING! What a terrible way to treat a customer! I will never go back here.

I’ve been in this line with no way out for an hour and a half. I got my interior done and the windows are in much worse shape in the inside than they were when I started. It’s a $40 wash and I would have been much better off doing it myself! I do not recommend ever going to this place.

Just like most of the reviews, I WAS a loyal customer and monthly member for years. I went for a carwash during my break and didn’t notice the damage they did to my car until I got home and by then they were closed. I called the following morning first thing and was told to come do a claim at their location. “Corporate” reached out to just say they won’t cover any of the damages. This place clearly holds NO accountability. Stay away from here.
