I LOST 3 pair of rock revival and 2 pair of psycho bunny shirts 830 dollars and I ask for a refund and the man said he would put in a work order and I never received my money he only was going to give me 7% of the cost

Dropped off 5 polos & 2 rock revival jeans. Lost all my items & I gave the owner plenty of time to “look” for my items and never had my call returned much less my articles… instead showed me the back of a receipt claimed he was not responsible. Not the first this happens either… perhaps he should pay more attention to his business instead of powdering his nose!

took my husbands and sons pants to iron and they burned my buttons on all 10 pants called to talk to them about it and they were very rude and unprofessional never again am i going

Left a pair of pants for alteration and a sample of pants to base the dimensions on. Dropped the two pair pants off on 11/14/2019. They were scheduled to be picked up on the 11/18/2019, however on the 18th they were not able to find my pants and told me to come back on Wednesday (2 days later). On Wednesday, after being hung up on several times they told me to come back Friday. On Friday, they tried to give me someone else's pants. I'm sharing this so future customers are aware they may take your clothes and treat you with poor customer service and there is nothing you can do about it, but lose your clothes.

Honestly I was left speechless we have been coming to this cleaners for a really long time 3-4 times a month and never had a problem till today... the owner Mrs. Delma was rude and disrespectful and has no type of customer service skills I took the polos shirts I had picked up earlier in the week... one of the polos was burnt to a crisp and I’m not exaggerating and the others were brown yellow in color and FYI ALL SNOW WHITE TAGS WERE STILL ON POLOS....I take responsibility of not checking the clothes before i leave but I’ve never had an issue like this so I was shocked all I wanted to do was to make them aware of the situation but it was the total opposite with the owner she was so defensive and rude and yelling at me and making it seemed as if I did this on Purpose to burn my husbands clothes .... please people make sure you check before leaving
