Walked in at 6:19pm. Wasn’t greeted. To lady’s were at the front gossiping about another employee being overwhelmed. Walked up to the front to tell them what I was looking for. They gave me a vibe I was bothering them. After I got my question answered I asked if they could show me what I was looking for. Again gave me a short vibe. I picked out what I wanted walked up to pay. Again they were talking and I stood up front for a whole before they rang me out. They’re loosing business. A simple “ hi welcome to Skechers we’ll be right with you” goes a long way

We came here to get my daughter some shoes and we actually walked into this place with 45 minutes till closing time. One of the ladies that was working let us know that we only had 45 minutes. We asked her where the restroom was. We used the restroom. My daughter only tried on a few pairs of shoes She found a pair of shoes that she liked. We had asked One of the ladies if she could see if they had that pair in her size. She didn't look at all. She just told us whatever we have out that's all we have. They acted like it was a bother that we were actually there 45 minutes until closing time cuz they were already cleaning. It was just me and my three daughters there. But that's okay. We did find a pair for her at a different store We won't be going back. They made us feel unwelcomed. Thank y'all for y'all's time.
