Other clothing stores have a tough time for big fellas like me. I will probably go back there in a few weeks for some T-shirts. A must go to store for tall and portly men!”
“I purchased a pair of Redwing boots in 2009. They were the most painful pair of footwear I ever purchased and swore never to return to Redwing. My daughter coaxed me to accompany her to Redwing this past Father's Day weekend. Through the use of the measuring devices, I was given more precise sizes to try out. These work boots are a pair of the most comfortable boots I've ever worn. It would've been a five star rating if the first store (Odessa) would've had my size in stock and if there would've been a wider selection.”
“It's a wholesale shop, so obviously the rates are comparatively low. You get a variety of qualities with a respective price difference in each type of categories.”
“Hands down the best service ever not sure what it is but went to other stores and this is my first time here. Moved from the big city. So customer service goes along ways for me, and hey guess where I will be shopping again and again moving forward This store right here. I appreciate your asking me the questions. “Went to Shoe Carnival to buy shoes for a children shoe drive we are donating to. I just want to give a huge shoutout to Alexandria, Bella & Jeremiah. From Jeremiah welcoming us into the store and asking if we needed any help. To Bella helping us find even more options. Overall they were all great associates especially Alexandria. She knew where everything was, helped with all our questions, and needs. She was also extremely knowledgeable over product knowledge. I would definitely recommend the shoe carnival to anybody that is looking for new shoes. Great customer service and satisfsction.”

“We took our son into the Kid's Foot Locker location here in Midland Mall and were very happy with the choices and the service. It was the manager who helped us and she was both very friendly and incredibly helpful. We let her know we were new to the area and she talked to us about Midland and the area itself. She also was very knowledgeable about the shoes and helped us a lot as our son showed us what he liked. We also grabbed him a tee-shirt and she was super helpful in not only finding a great one but one that was on sale. This was a super great experience and we will be back when he needs more shoes.”
“I need to give Smith Shoes 10 starts if I could. I walked into the store after being turned down at the LV store to help me make 2 more holes in my belt and be able to wear it on my waist. From the lady at the front door, to the sweet and kind guy that did them for me at NO Cost! I was planning to pay for the service but they insisted it was ok. It took them 5 mins and I was out of the store happy! I would definitely recommend the store to my friends and family to check their awesome shoe selection!”

I spoke to his manager, Jacob about him and Jacob too was wonderful! These guys deserve recognition for their great customer service skills and pleasant attitudes. And I did not even make a purchase because I didn't find what I was looking for. That fact didn't deter their interest in me as a customer or diminish their service at all!! Kudos!!”

“Love my sketchers, but this store is misleading. Not an outlet, expect to pay regular price with some discounts they may be running like most shoe stores. Buy one get one 1/2 off, clearance section, etc.”
“Huge selection of all your recreational needs. Great pricing on firearms. A lot of the store’s inventory could come down on price a little but if you got money or want the bougie sporty look then this place is for you. If you are getting a firearm then they won’t let you leave the store until your background check is done which is kinda weird. Very clean store they could use a couple of TVs with sports,fishing, kayaking,camping tips or ads of there products I mean if they really wanted to boost sales. Lots of registers with lots of cashiers/ helpful salespeople. All in all a very good store”

Cameron took time, answered my questions and helped me pick an age appropriate pair of shoes for a 14 year old! On top of that, Finish Line Midland, helped me with the cost!
