No offer to help you at all by 5 employees.... The store was a mess, I went to the new store by Kohls and the 2 employees there were a great help! I bought my paint, they helped with my standing account and out in about 10 minutes! Nice and clean, of course it's brand new but it doesn't take long for lazy employees to ruin brand new! Go there they will help you!

Customer service not a top priority for this location. Save yourself time and some frustration by visiting the other location in Midland.

Im proud to call Sherwin Williams MY #1 paint store. The staff has always been the most informative and helpful. THE store looks its best then IT has in years! GREAT JOB FAMILIA!!!

It was alright visit witch they didnt get my order on the phone right. Showed up there and they didnt have my supplies ready like how I requested so I had to waste more of my time gathering up everything. Whats the point of calling it in when you still have to gather it yourself. Next time I make an order step up your game please

Although the sign on the door says for customers to wear masks, neither of the women working in the store wore them while I was in there. The young lady working behind the counter (not wearing a mask) acted as though she didn't want to help me and said she really couldn't answer my questions about how to purchase a paint deck (all of the SW colors). There were no other customers in the store so I'm sure she had the time to be more polite.

Was hoping to get a half gallon of paint, they don't sell half gallons so I ended up getting a gallon. It was a bit more than I expected to spend, especially for just one gallon.
