Avoid this dealership at all cost!! Horrible costumer service. Go to any other GM Cadillac dealership but this one. Any other deal is better than this one.

I guess I should of the read the reviews on this please. I agreed to a price on a truck that was still in their shop last friday. I put a $1000 deposit down on the vehicle, they said everything was good. we were going to meet this week WHEN THE TRUCK WAS OUT OF THE SHOP. I called and confirmed yesterday, and then this morning too. SO now I just get a called that they sold this vehicle out from under me. So great, 3-4 days before Christmas and this one was for my sons first car. Good job Sewell, well done. Stand up people.

I recently purchased a new Escalade, but at only 13,000 miles, the check engine light came on. When I contacted the dealership, they informed me that they wouldn't be able to service my vehicle for 7 months. Fortunately, Mitch Hall was able to get me in for repairs today. Based on this experience, I would NEVER recommend spending $130,000 or even $1.00 on a vehicle from Sewell.

Went to Sewell Cadillac of Midland. Figured a Cadillac dealer would be on top of things. Bought a $56k Silverado. My friend, Mr. Carlos E. Solis, Business Manager, being the upstanding citizen that he is, snuck in an 8.59% interest rate. (Rates at the time were ~ 6%) When I asked what the interest rate was he said "we will get to that in a minute" and never mentioned it again (and I missed asking about it again) Got me there Mr. Solis! I also asked that a damaged badge on the truck be replaced. I was told they scoured the chevrolet inventory and could not find it. 84370615 is the part number from accessories.chevrolet.com (Chevrolet parts website) Got me there Parts Department! They did not tell me about large scratch damage (poorly repaired with touchup paint) on two spots on the front bumper. My older eyes missed them I guess. I did ask the salesman, Nathan Lane, if there was anything I should know about. No mention of the scratches. (I knew more about the truck than he did as I had researched it, I had to fill in the gaps for him) Got me there Mr. Lane! I am an Army Veteran, was a Medic. I served my country to get served by these guys?This car lot, Sewel Cadillac of Midland, is dishonest. Thumbs Down! What is happening to America? Why can't people do their work honestly? What happened to American exceptionalism? Why do I have to write this review? I have not been back since my vehicle purchase...

Highly recommend Chris at Sewell Cadillac. He sent me only vehicles I asked for and was open and honest the whole transaction.. I am very satisfied with my experience here and would recommend Chris to anyone buying a vehicle. I cannot thank him enough! Thanks Chris!

My experience was definitely a 5 star experience. I purchased a Cadillac Escalade & named our salesperson Cadillac Chris lol. He was very welcoming & professional. After purchasing he even took time to explain any questions I had about the vehicle. I recommend Sewell if you want to purchase a 5 star RELIABLE vehicle, and definitely ask for Cadillac Chris for the best deal! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My boyfriend is working in Midland, His car has a small part that is causing his Cadillac to not run correct. He does not have his tools with him so he can't fix it. He always takes his car to Houston Sewell so he called Midland to ask a few question before taking it there. No one will even return his call. Worst customer service from the service department we have ever seen. Good to know when you are out of town you can't get the help you need. Now we have to trust in some random shop to work on our car. Very upset right now. I would give them o zero star if we could.

Chris Alarcon was the best salesman we have had. He was very knowledgeable about the car we were looking for. He went above and beyond. He answered all our questions and showed us the features the car we bought had. Very professional. I would recommend Chris Alarcon if looking for a vehicle. Chris looked through the inventory in the area to find us the perfect car.

Very unprofessional. I have been a Cadillac owner since 2009 and never ever been treated this poor. My car has some major differential issues so I went there to request an appointment for an analysis on my vehicle since is still under warranty, one of the technicians was outside speaking to another coworker and he said he could quickly take a look at my car but he needed an approval first, so he advised me to go inside and try to get an appointment or the green light so he could take a look but as soon as I came in, Josh (one of the dealership's worker) didn't even show any concern or interest on helping me with my car, he never even asked me any info about my car nor the issue with my car but after explaining to him my car's issue, he quickly replied: they won't be able to take my car until September and he didn't know what I could do but I could not get it fix there. So when I got home I went online and I tried to set up an online appointment for service and I saw they have availability in a couple of days so I don't understand why they won't take my vehicle?? Right after I called the Roadside Assitance since my car is way too loud and bad for driving, they sent a Tow truck to pick up my car to bring it into the dealership but Josh did not accept my car stating they don't have any availability until september. I think I'm being profiling!!!

Chris helped me get into a car I could never imagine getting into ! I got a 2021 Tahoe and I absolutely love it! We went to just look and within 3 hours we were leaving with a vehicle. If you are needing somewhere to get a vehicle suitable for your family I would defiantly go here and give Chris a shout !

Twice I went in to get my vehicle serviced. The service writers seemed more interested in viewing memes on cell phones then asking me why I needed. 6 people walked past me and not one said a word or acknowledged that I was there. I waited almost 15 minutes before I left the first time and then the second time. Today I went in again and was told it was by appointment only. The service side of their business doesn't seem to understand the word service. At least someone talked to me before I could even get my vehicle turned off.
