Dropped off my truck as scheduled. Michelle was on point and very informative and attentive right away. She kept me in the loop on several changes for the scheduled service and made the whole process easy.

Your service department refused to help me today. I came to your dealership because I'm traveling, and the battery on my new 2023 Buick Envision will not hold a charge. I asked you to test my battery and told your service tech that my power steering and the computer on my car were turning off while I was driving. Because of this dangerous situation, my husband suggested I stop and ask you to test the battery. I was told by your tech that because I did not purchase my Buick from you, you would only service me in June, even though I'm still within my bumper-to-bumper warranty. What has happened to small-town service and helping a person in need? The request to test my battery would take a competent person 30 minutes. I do not recommend this company or dealership.

Vehicle was brought in due to poor MPG and fuel range. Picked it up and problem is still not fixed was told to use another tank of gas to see and then I could bring it back. I explained I know it’s not fixed everything was still the same and even told them within 30 min of driving it and was told I will have to bring it back in and it will have to wait in line. This doesn’t make sense when it was not fixed when I brought it in and notified them right after picking it up that it’s not right.

Wouldn’t take a couple minutes to help me clear a code on my truck because I’m not an existing customer and did not buy my truck there- Idon’t recommend this place for service.

We were greeted promptly and had a good conversation with service about what we needed. Left and received a call when ready in a reasonable amount of time. Picked up vehicle with no issues.

Service department is scheduling vehicles over four months for diagnostics and service. That’s just to get the vehicle in for a diagnostics check. GMC should 3rd party and pay for it. Totally disappointed. On 2/6/24 Service manager from Midland called me and showed his concern for what was taking place. Problem resolved, and status changed from 3 to 4, thank you.

The person helping in was very kind and professional however the issue I took my vechile in for was not resolved. Now I must again take my veichle in again.

Well my experience has been horrible!!!Fully paid for a certified vehicle and I started having issues and I needed my plate cause the paper tags was about to expire well no one kept in contact with me , I tried many times to get ahold of my sales man no response. I would leave messages but no one called back . I have been trying to speak to someone about the issue I was told to speak to general manager I have tried and left messages and still no one will call me . I’m getting pretty fed up !!!So right now I have nothing good to say about my experience

My APPOINTMENT was at 8:15 am. I was on time.I told the lady that came out that my husband was just in an accident,( he was going to pick us up)so my dog and I would probably be waiting.My husband had his truck towed and ended walking to Midland ,GMC,SEWELL ETC..I ended up LEAVING at app.12:40 pm,with my car. But not before cleaning their trash out of my Denali ( seat cover,floor mat,etc)They did allow my dog to stay inside with me. That's a positive.Overall not a great experience due to having and early appointment and waiting as long as I(we)did.

My criteria for a new Buick Enclave was specific to the point of Daniel Lopez and Justin Lara teaming up to find the perfect vehicle. They searched all over Texas looking at other dealers that would be willing to trade for my Buick. Daniel and Justin's primary goal was not to make money for Sewell but to satisfy my needs at a very good price. I would encourage anyone needing a Buick or GMC to contact them and you will be surprised at the service, price and attitude of these 2 gentlemenBill
