The WORST Sephora I have ever been to. Today when I went there were four employees just standing around the counter gossiping, no wonder the store is a mess. I have never been asked if I’ve needed help, and if you asked for help you get attitude. There were four other people in the store when I went and the employees couldn’t be bothered to ask if they needed help either, and yet wanted to complain about how it was a slow day

The Sephora staff is super RUDE! almost like they could care less about any customer. I'll just Stay shopping at Ulta and online there is nothing at Sephora I can't find anywhere else. Staff needs some customer service retraining ASAP!

Mia at Sephora on Feb 7 night 7-8pm worst customer service experience everything was an attitude when asking for specific products and everything was mainly I don’t know answers she was not knowledgeable of the products when asked if she can help me find the price online or the item she told me to look it up myself, was coming in to spend $200 but rather only left with one item and checked out at the regular kohls check out everything seemed a bother for her and a lot of rolling her eyes at customers. I don’t understand if people don’t like their jobs why do they work there makeup is such a fun job….she ruined my experience at Sephora going to ultra instead.

In the process of trying to RETURN the Innistree gift set we got, Lenin, the store manager, was VERY rude. We purchased this and put a phone number in when purchased and for some reason they couldn't find the purchase. She kept going to the back of the store to "try to find" pur purchase, which is weird why not find it in the kiosk up front? Racial profiling is illegal and so is discrimination. Any way, she said they found it but they can't return it because need the box it came in and I quote, "it's common sense to keep the box". No it's not common sense, common sense is to advertise that you'd need the box for return but they didn't. Customer service was horrendous. Didn't even offer store credit in return for the return. Horrible horrible especially since it's the ONLY sephora near me. Smfh no solutions were offered nothing, nada. And a 3.4 star review out of 5? I think it's a managerial problem not a customer problem. I will be filing a complaint.

This place is so small I got depresed ?I have been trying to get my fav products but it's imposible in Midland, Odessa, Lamesa...Sephora is a store you can find good quality products for beauty, however you can not find Sephora in every corner in this side of the country ??I got a Ouai shampoo set for detoxing my hair, a Lash Repair Kit and Hydrating acid for my face.The staff were super friendly ??, they know their products and were super accurate, however they do not know about all Sephora products.They don't have online shopping offers to pick up at the store which is really sad.

Ever since they combined with Odessa and midland, it’s the worst. I refuse to shop here and would rather shop for what I need online. Better customer service and better overall experience online. This one is ghetto and the staff are always on their phones and all about the drama. The manager would talk to her staff like they were friends and would talk about other employees and customers when they would walk in. I refused to give them service as I overheard that kind of treatment. I put my things down and walked out. They don’t even keep things in stock and the shelves are always empty.

Couldn't beg to get help sales assistant was too busy complaining about breaks and schedules than working to help customers I can do better online!Certainly not up to the quality I came to expect when they were in JC Penny.
