I’ve been in the campground for over 3 years. Seen many managers come and go in this time. We are granted two parking spot here in front of our camper. The new owner or manger that has just taken over has lost their minds. I have my truck and a cargo trailer (6/12’) smaller than most vehicles. I park my motorcycle in this trailer to keep it out of elements. They told me I need move it and pay a extra 200$ a month to have it here. Also that trucks with welding beds and fuel tanks in rear would also pay a extra 200$. The people in this campground are working people the welding machines and fuel tanks are for their work. We are not here on vacation. Moving my stuff this weekend and will never look back. They also have next to zero maintenance with bushes 5’ tall and sewer that over flows from septic tanks a couple times a month.

This has got to be one of the worse places to live in Midland. They try to pull you in with all utilities included and a dog park, childrens park, and grill area, but they are never cleaned and the management is absolutely horrible. Our electricity and water has gone out SEVERAL times in our 5 month span living here and everytime you see management standing around doing nothing about it. Our power and water went out again today in this extremely hot weather so we are left without AC once again. The dog park is also always dirty and covered in p**** instead of cleaning it, we only get notice letters from management complaining! We pay $625 monthly which is far too expensive seeing as management can’t even upkeep their own property. Not to mention when we first moved in, our rv spot was covered in cigarette buds and was never cleaned from previous tenants. Horrible RV park and we’re finally moving out.

Office hrs are ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE for the working people. They ARE NOT what they have posted, they are open Mon-Fri 10am-6pm closed Sat and Sun.Water is high in chlorine, washer and dryers are usually out and down to just a few working ones. Rent was raised several months ago for “repairs” but have yet to see any of them.

The Rv place WAS ok when we first moved hereThey have a dog park and a kids parkBut now all I have is complaints and the only reason we’re staying is cause of the car port during this hot weather it comes very handy-we’ve had to throw away groceries 3 times because power goes out- my dog got a rash because the dog park is full of piss and they never clean it- my house always smells like sewage-the water has so much Clorox it burns my eyes and I can’t even cook with tap water-they charge 625 for rent utilities included and want to charge 150 more for every car that doesn’t fit under your car port

It’s a man camp. Empty beer bottles in my spot. Weeds. Mud. Covered spots but not worth it. Moved to Midland RV and Campground. City water. Spacious.

This is the worst place in have stayed at in 8 years. The water is out all the time, the office won't let the matanance guy know about anything. They double charge you for rent on your card, it takes weeks to get your money back. They will charge you again after you check out, because they don't check you out in the system. The camper awnings are touching, the campers are only a couple of feet apart. The dog walk is a mess, no one cleans up after their pets. The roads are not taken care of, the main road is a washboard. If I could rate no stars I would.

This place has worst management on earth. They keep firing and hiring new staff but nothing changes. The only reason I don't leave is because of the covers. The staff is never in office during hours to pick up your mail. When they are in office you have to clap your hands to get attention so they will look away from their phone. Nothing is worse than working all day to rush get your mail but nobody in office 30 minutes before posted closing time. DUMP

Don’t let the covers fool you. The road is terrible. The “management” is never available. You can’t get any help when you need it. The water is CONSTANTLY being turned off with ZERO NOTICE. Nothing like coming in from work and not having water to shower or even wash your hands.I wouldn’t let my ex wife stay here. There are plenty of other parks in the area. Choose one and you’ll be better off.

The entrance to the place is awfully bad needs to be fixed ASAP, the electricity fails very often, but they are great about charging a late fee if you go past the due date on rent even a day, but can’t fix the entrance

Love this rv park. Great staff and great amenities. Clean park with no bs at night. Great family environment with lots of kids and a nice playground and fenced dog run

Not a place for families. Mostly men who seem to be there for work. We got in late and this place is packed. People have too many vehicles in their site and are parked in open sites. We tried for a few hours to find a way to get down the aisles to open sites and we simply couldn't because so many people were double parked. We tried calling the office that night for a refund and they have yet to reply.

One of the WORST rv parks in the area! Spaces/covers are far too close together for safety, there is NO on-duty security at any time, NO parking, NO quiet times, NO road maintenance into the park, poor internet, hard to navigate the crowded interior roads, and a lot of shady characters within the park. It is common for loud, drunken parties throughout the week and children running around at all hours unsupervised. Don't allow the rv covers to draw you in...they aren't worth the sleepless nights and disrespectful people you'll have to deal with.

Nice place for oilfield, pipeline, construction people to call a temporary home with their RV/travel trailer*Cover RV spots*The whole facility has gravel covering it* Dumpsters for trash etc.* Easy hookups* Drive thru RV spots* Any age RV/trailers aloud.* Washateria and full size showers @ office*Kids playground(Roads in and out park could use some work alittle rough)
