HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I walked in there. Desperate to get some new jeans. Finally found a couple pairs. (After looking for about 30 minutes). Nothing was in the correct sizes. I was going to try a couple pairs on. And the lady at the changing room was extremely rude. Didn't talk to me at all. I told her I had 4 items. She then yanked the pants out of my hands to double check that I only had 4 pairs of pants. Like I was trying to steal something..... She then shoved them back into my hands. And kindof shrugged her shoulders at me. I accidentally started going into the wrong entrance to try them on. (Mins you. There are three, unmarked entryways.....). And she finally spoke up to me. Saying "no wrong way" . Abs pointed to where I needed to go. I told her sorry and thank you. And she rolled her eyes at me, crossed her arms and humphed at me. Like I was some trashy person.I ended up tossing my clothes onto the closest shelf. Grabbed my husband. And we walked out.

I never went into Ross until recently and it was happened to be during the Christmas holidays so you can imagine everything was everywhere, but when I returned to the store after the holidays, it was nice and tidy and they have a really big selection of inexpensive things. I liked, the fact that they had a lot of things to choose from as far as home decor. You can go in there and spend very little and get a lot of cute little accent items for your home.
