Horrible management staff, horrible maintenance guys, went 2 1/2 months with no A/C, when something would go wrong they would be the first to blame you before actually going and looking at it.

Would give 0/5 if I could, horrible living condition, horrible office staff, they are always rude/dismissive, maintenance is good if the message ever gets across to them, apartments have mice and roaches and they seem to do a single thing about it, don’t move here even if you’re desperate, huge mistake

Disappointed still waiting for my deposit refund back for 60 days even after leaving my apartment, move-in, ready which they rented.Not to mention the horrible living conditions they don’t want to fix anything Management are such liars.

If I could leave 0 stars I world. Office is always closed and the office is no help. The lady who answered the i bien when the office is closed is no help and rude. It took 3 months for maintenance to fix an issue that was present at move in. You don’t want to live here even if you’re desperate. That goes for midland tower apartments as well. Worst complex ever.

i stayed here at the Ranchland Feb 2021-Feb 2022 and I couldn’t wait for my lease to end there’s literally cops called every other day maintenance doesn’t fix anything I would ask my maintenance man for help and he would ask me what i would do for him in return. they never answer their phones! and I genuinely feel like they steal money! I’d pay my rent and sometimes have rental assistance and they would swear they never got it! i have videos on my ring about people trying to break into my apt and my neighbors! and they switch workers like I change my drawers! i got bed bugs from a new neighbor never had any bugs or problems! Until I started getting knee nasty neighbors

I wish I could give no star to this apartment property. Worst experience of me and my wife life. End when you think it's over, when you know on your side you've followed and respect all the steps of your contract by notifying the property like your contract says before you left. Always paid every bills on time, well guess what? Over 2 years after you left, you get phone calls from debts collectors saying that this peoples are asking you for some more money for 2 months pass your lease end date. What a joke of a company. But I sure will fight this with all my energy.Please don't do no business with this people.

This by far is the BEST community I’ve stayed in. The overall staff is very polite, helpful, friendly and responsive. The staff is always willing to address any of my needs or concerns in a timely manner. They are very effective in making you feel wanted and the community feeling like home.Ranchland is a very safe and quite environment for me and my family to live in. The property is always kept up with landscaping and has a beautiful scenery. It’s everything I was looking for in a community and more. I have no intent of moving in the near future.

I love it here the staff was amazing, awesome customer service, very helpful. Everyone has been so nice from the very first day we moved in, I seriously appreciate that so much! They are very warm and welcoming and will sit and talk with you, just extremely sweet people! My husband and I love living here

It is so refreshing to know that a property like Ranchland exists. The management is superb and the property is well maintained. I love how they take care of their residents and their Beautiful property.I have lived there for two years and really enjoyed it. The office staff are compassionate and really listen when you approach them with issues. The community feels like a neighborhood with the trees and spacious apartments. I really do enjoy living here.

So I have lived here for a while now. I absolutely love this place and it is definitely home!! The staff really gets to really know you and you are not just a number turning in rent every month. If you have any thing that needs to be done the maintenance guys are extremely helpful and you see them around every day so you get to know everyone!!
