From my first phone call to picking up our vehicle after repairs were done, this place was great! I interacted with several people and each of them was extremely professional, courteous, and our final price was exactly as quoted! I even watched all of the guys moving the vehicles around for repairs. They were efficient and friendly. To top it off, the repairs looked great! I have high expectations when it comes to customer service and I will definitely go back to Platinum Collision in the future if the need arises for us! Thank you for providing a great service to our community!

Overall good experience with hail damage repairs. Time frame was accurate for repairs. Communication was through text message. Would have preferred phone calls. Had to take it back in to show them some plastic pieces with broken tabs, but they are replacing the pieces with zero pushback. Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable.

So thankful I chose them as my body shop, communication was absolutely great and didn't have any issues at all, the ladies in the front were always so friendly and the best. I definitely recommend for y'all to use them!

Took my vehicle in to get rear bumper fixed. There was very little communication from Rick who oversaw the repairs on my vehicle. I had to call to find out the progress of the repairs which was very frustrating. I was told that it would be ready on a Friday and it was not ready until the following Friday. The work they did was good but the communication is just horrible. I will take my business elsewhere next time.Services: Painting

I was side swiped and chose Platinum Collision center based on previous reviews. I was extremely satisfied with the quality of workmanship and the customer service was excellent. They kept me informed on the progress of the repair. The repair was done in a timely manner and if there was any problems they kept me informed of them. I would highly recommend Platinum to anyone who needs any repair work done.

Posting this review based off my second most current experience with them because my first was great. I literally waited for my vehicle to be fixed for four months that’s fine I was fine to wait since I “knew” they were going to fix the damage. I pick up my vehicle nothing seems wrong with my vehicle until I notice that my gps chip is missing so I call and never received a call back about it. Cool. I’ll get a new one no big deal because I usually don’t make a big deal out of small situations but then I recently was going to head out of town with my family and notice that my whole hitch is nowhere to be found anymore. Never got a call back about my chip and now my hitch is also gone. Sounds like y’all literally just thieve people here. I won’t be back and will not recommend y’all anymore. Thanks for the fix tho to say the least. Lol.

To be clear this is my second time using them and my first experience was good but about 7-8 years ago. Very poor experience. The excuse of new hailstorm damage kept coming in and being the most common excuse of my delay. Originally I believed these guys were working with and for me to quickly get my car repaired. Come to find out once they got approved to get paid knowing I needed the car back as quickly as possible they began not answering or failing to return calls with updates. They ended up a couple days before I had to have the car back returning my calls. I was left with no local rental that could fit my family and had to get my damaged car back. They got it back together the day before I left with cigarette ashes in the drivers door. “Nobody working on the cars smokes” was their and when I brought it back after multiple unreturned calls I got in contact with the owner. He explained that the process is what it is and they know it’s a pain but it’s a pain for everybody one, also about the cigarette ash he said they do not clean cars but their guy does a pretty great job after the work is done to clean them. I feel slightly better that maybe my car will be done once I talk to the owner and the next day actually get a call updating on the car. They tell me it should be going into paint and they will update me, next day I call due to no update and they say well we are going to try and get it in today so i give it another day because paint inspection home is what I’m told. The next day expecting my car back I text,call, and call again it’s Friday they don’t work weekends I need the car back before the next Wednesday. Finally an answer in the afternoon and it’s in paint the guy is buffing it again and then inspection hopefully tonight. Friday was not the night but Monday came around and I called and sure as day the painter is still buffing and they hope it can be done and inspected after that and I can get it back. Monday night I finally get the car back I walk around and the panel looks good which is great that’s why we dropped it off there. I hurry up and get it home and think oh man I didn’t check opening the back door, but it worked like a charm minus finding the broke handle I put in the picture. I immediately send the pictures to the estimator who response surprised and wants to help me get it fixed. The day my wife leaves town he asks me to bring it by I say I can’t but I have all these pictures including one with the part number which seems cut and dry. They will not order it even though they have all the information they would like to look at it and order the single piece to save money on their side. The following Monday when my wife gets back to town I ask how the part ordering is going and they say I have to bring it by so I take off and bring it to them so they can tell me they will order it. We are currently waiting on the part and the issue with the cigarette ash has never been resolved. I would not recommend coming here and I will not be a returning customer. I feel like my last conversation was rough with them and they try to always be friendly but the situation is so frustrating and I probably let that get the best of me. I took my vehicle for repairs. It was nothing more than the driver door damage and fender. It took more than 30 days for repair. I picked it up after repairs and the door was not closing properly. No quality control apparently. The service person had the audacity to ask me to fill out a quality questionnaire, survey, and rate him 5stars! He fumbled the return repair day and he wasn't even there to help. This is not a customer service shop. And if you complain the manager tries to intimidate you instead of helping you.

Woo-hoooo! I cannot say enough about this business. My repair representative Andy Yabarra was terrific! His professionalism and patience were exceptional. He kept me updated and went above/beyond when the insurance carrier became unresponsive. My car was beautiful when I picked it up. The repair took longer than the original time said, but when you’re dealing with insurance, it’s understandable that there can be time delays because of the back and forth communication. I had no issue with that because I assumed there would be issues coming up. Rick was the adjuster for the business and he was very friendly and polite. I appreciated his demeanor a lot. He helped me and updated me when needed. The repair looks great and I’m pleased. I would recommend this business.Services: Painting
