Unfortunately, I have to give it 1 star due to a customer service experience. They of course have plenty of numbers that my 15 dollars a month doesn't matter, but felt the need to share for those who care to read. They tend to have a lot of cardio equipment that doesn't work right, yet not marked out of service. Typically I just find another. I decided to let them know about one of their machines thinking maybe they just aren't aware, until told. I told the employee about the issue. His response was that I probably wasn't using it right, in which I let him know that I use it daily. Walked over to show him the issue, in which he again said, you're probably just not pushing the button right. After me replying that they should really get it fixed pior to am injury, he went and let the manager know. I actually watched her roll her eyes and shake her head in her office as he told her. The machine wasn't marked out of service the remainder of my time that day. Finished my workout on other machines, and decided to cancel my membership. When she asked the reasoning, I told her. Her reply was simply, you'll get an email copy of your cancelation. I'll take my measly 15 bucks somewhere else. Too bad people just don't careEmailed the address that the owner requested. Mailer Demon returned an email stating that their email inbox is full. Once you clear your inbox, let me know. I'd be happy to discuss.

This gym use to be a complete joke, but they have really stepped it up lately. No longer dealing with multiple broken machines, the tanning beds are up to par with new bulbs, the locker rooms are now being kept clean, the hours are MUCH more versatile (hours have been up dated) for those of us who don’t have set schedules. Also, they now offer corporate memberships, thought that was a really awesome plus. They also have plenty of truck and trailer parking and plenty of parking for larger trucks as well.

A little bummed the “temporary operating hours” haven’t lifted yet, but I understand sometimes adjustments are necessary to assist the staff and the building. However, they’re supposed to open at 7 on Saturdays. 7:30, and still no one is here to unlock the doors… Not very dependable operating hours. Hope this doesn’t happen again, I enjoy working out here, but this feels unprofessional.
