Fontaine drink area was a mess. Went in around 4pm. Trash everywhere. Used cups all over the counters. Trash on ground. Went back around 9 it was the same. Manager needs to pay more attention instead of laughing with employees behind their front counter.

No employees yo serve food.Moez closed at 7:30 pm yo 8:30 pm because the employee went to her lunch.The hot soups empty.

Rude staff. All around. Following me. Then not acknowledging me when I got to the register. While ensuring I was being acknowledged so I can use my rewards, I was rudely asked to "chill". Had I initially been acknowledged appropriately, I wouldn't have had to ensure I was being acknowledged in the first place. I wasn't rude about it to warrant the request to "chill". I simply held up my phone to show my bar code to scan for my rewards, as it was Tuesday and I like to get my BOGO Mountain Dew reward, yet she continued to scan products and process. However, I was the one who needed to chill. I've been to Flying J Travel Centers around the country and I've never had an experience like this one. It wasn't even a decent place to drop a deuce. Would have went to the next exit but I couldn't hold it. Would have rather shit myself. As I left I noticed the TA across the way. I didn't notice it while I was coming in because I was focused on the porcelain annihilation I was about to commence and I saw the Flying J logo and felt comfortable since I'm a loyal customer I naturally went to the Flying J. I won't go back to this one but I'm glad I got to shit on this place.

Spending our 34 hour break here. Other Pilots could take lessons from this one on cleanliness and genuine friendliness. Both Saturday crews rocked. Didn't stand still for a minute. You guys are the best! Highly recommended

Im a working homeless locksmith in Midland who would rather have a straightforward business transaction than deal with family and drama. It was a long wait but this truck stop shower has got to be the best shower I've ever had. Huge mirror, consistent hot water, no time limit, soap, towel, washcloth, and mat provided, oscillating fan, full size toilet for guys, outlets. Holy Jesus what a beautiful thing. Lost one star because essential hygiene products were slim and shower slippers or flip flops or basic shirts, socks, and underwear were not available. You can grab a bite to eat and watch the game in the lounge until your ahower is ready and do your laundry here too! The people are super friendly and it's totally worth the 12 to 15 bucks. I wish these were all over California, especially in the SF Bay Area, but until then I'll be here in West Texas making as much as I can so I can afford to leave.
