Today I took coffee from the coffee machine... it was as bad as water washed out after coffee. I poured everything out and took it from another coffee machine.. the same thing.. I spent the money for nothing. I don’t recommend anyone to take ANY COFFEE here ? EVEN IN THE EXPRESS MACHINE... IT’S TOO BAD THERE. IT STINKS LIKE WASHED SOCKS IN WATER..

Positive about this Pilot- shower was fairly nice. Negative was water went all over the bathroom.
Both washing machines are not working. I told guy working I stopped here to take my 10 so I could shower and do laundry. I need to do laundry like super bad!!! His response was it costs $500 dollars for repair man to come out. WTH?? If you can’t repair your equipment at a business for customers to use, you need to close your doors. That’s the stupidest thing I ever heard! I’ll never stop here again. I definitely didn’t patronize this Pilot. Parking lot is a two star. There was parking when I arrived and easy to park. Lot is ok as far as cleanliness.

In my YEARS of filling up with diesel at a truck stop they have never told me no on opening a pump…I needed some rogue pouches so I was told by a cashier named Tammy to use self checkout??? How is self checkout going to give me tobacco??

Huge store full of all kinds of goodies. Clothing, liquor, and snacks is just to name a few. Always clean, and the little food establishment isn't too bad.

Be careful in this place . They force you to use the kiosk and when I did to pay for a shower it didn’t work, so I had to try a couple of time with the same card( I inserted the ship on the card and I swiped it) on the fourth time it work and I got a shower . Then 2 hours later after this purchased I got a call from my back with a suspected fraud charge of 198$ and the 18$ for the shower wasn’t there. Keep in mind this is the only payment I did on the day September 20 2023. Be careful drivers .

Use kiosk or go without. Watched McDonald's manager refuse service to cash customer. She insisted he use kiosk. Kiosk does not accept cash.Pilot store was doing same. Forcing use of self check out.
