Set up a grooming appointment for my shih tzu these past two time and they have told me that he's too matted and that the vet has to take care of it and when we take him to the vet, they have said he's not bad at all. When we have told them what the vet said they still refused to take him and said they absolutely can't do it anyway.

Was able to bring my dog and he had enough space and wasn't too aggressive.The staff was friendly (prob bc of the aforementioned dog).

I called asking about a terrarium stand to see if they have the specific one I am looking for before I make the drive to Midland. The one in Odessa didn't have the one I was looking for. The Odessa location was super helpful. Went and looked at different stands and even gave me prices. I talked to Stephanie at the Midland location and she was super unhelpful. Just told me to come in and look.

if I could give them a 0 I would.. took my puppy in for some grooming total cost was $97, my baby weighs only 7 pounds so there's really not much to do.. the haircut looked like it was done by a blind person.. patches everywhere.. such a waste of money, please hire people who are actually skilled at grooming.. that's the least you can do for the amount of money you charge

Wish I could give negative ratings. I called to ask if they had any Dumbo rats and the old hag who answered the phone had an attitude the whole time. If you hate ur job that much then leave. There's no reason to be so rude. Lots of employees there need an attitude adjustment. Never had a good experience there in my life but I thought I could at least ask a simple question. Nope. Called petco right after and that lady was an angel sent from heaven. It's definitely worth the 30 min drive to petco in Odessa.

Every time I come in at this location the staff are very competent and helpful! Me and my dog always feel welcome and the staff are so kind to him! I almost ALWAYS receive a nice compliment from a staff member when I come in here too! Great store!

Very disappointed!!! I figured since it was PetSmart we would have a professional groom our dog. NOT!!! We had to schedule our appt online which didn't have all the options we wanted. Then we schedule the appt, when dropping off our dog, they asked us if we wanted his nails trimmed. Well YES that's part of the package we picked! They also informed us they would call within four hours!!! Why should we have to make an appt if they are going to keep our dog in a crate till they get ready to groom him! Why not groom him at the scheduled time? We paid $35 extra for sensitive skin shampoo for our dogs itching and that should have been free since it didn't work at all!!! As a matter of fact he scratched more after we left! Let's not forget the sorry cut he received! We told them we wanted him cut short all over. Well he had so many different lengths of hair on him it looked like an amateur did the cut! Cost us over $100!!! Needless to say, my dog will NEVER go back there!!!

Very bad customer service I called into the store stating that I was from California and I had purchase a dog carrier that was useful and that they sold me one that looked like it's been used they refuse to gimme a refund or exchange the item for me because I didn't have a receipt or a store account I have never heard of anything like this where I come from I will be contacting the better business bureau as well a corporate office
