Lost my front license plate and licence holder on repair. On another vehicle, took photos, could never get a quote and went to American Collision for that repair

Decent job, there was some gouge or scratch in the replaced part when I got it back, but you can't really see it. Will need to look under the vehicle since past reviews mention damages when they are replacing parts. The guy I was supposed to show me the car was gone for the day and they were closing so I took off without a thorough walkthrough. I did notice some things missing from the car, stuff from the glovebox and dash compartments, like change and my music SD card. Not ok, and won't be coming back.

Charged for part and labor that only covered the most obvious or damage, and even then it was a repaint and clear coat. Got dust and dirt bumps under clear coat, and they didn't even get the edges where there is still damage. They also steal little things out of the car, like going through the compartments and taking media cards and change

They did a great job on the nasty dent and paint scrape I received from a door ding. They also went above and beyond what was required by detailing and cleaning the suv without asking.
