DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! DRIVER FORGED MY SIGNATURE AND TIPPED HIM SELF.I placed an order for a non contact delivery this past Sunday. As I was checking my bank account Monday night I realized that I was charged nearly double than the original total! I called corporate since the store was close to just simply refund me that other amount (not a complete refund for the pizza). Well the owner Corbin came to my house (why????) when I was not home.. I emailed him and followed up by calling the store and he states that he has the receipt were I signed and added the $20+ tip! There was no way that I signed it, again this was a no contact order and I even emailed him a copy of my signature as well as my driver license to show my signature.. then I never heard back from the owner Corbin. I have emailed and called for him to make this right. And nothing. I had to have my bank now open an investigation to this fraudulent charge because he obviously can simply make it right.So unless you want a driver forging your signature and tipping himself as he please AND have the owner show up at your house (again WHY?? What was the need to show up at my house) and not correct this, DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

After waiting 2 1/2 for my cold pizza and hot 2lt of pepsi to arrive i open the box to find a half eatin or ("torn"according to the store manager corbin) pepper on top of my pizza NOT in the corner where its found most time but ON my pizza. Corbin then accused me of try to "butter it up" cause i was mad about my pizza being late. This location and manager are a joke and ill be sure to order from here again. id highly recommended little ceasers right acroos the street... THANKS FOR THE FREE PIZZA CORBIN i threw your garabge pizza away and hit little ceasers on the way out

Wanted to order a medium vegetarian pizza that was advertised on their website for $11.99. I made the call , and I was quickly reminded that this business likes to hire a third party to answer phones, and they don't ever sound like they are from the United States. I've ordered several times in the past, and the people that answer either have an Indian accent or Spanish accent. Well, I'm tired of my dollar going to another country, so I won't order from this place anymore. Also, the $11.99 pizza offered turned out to be over $13.00. Why is that? Why do I always feel like I'm playing the bait and hook game? I think maybe because that's exactly what it is. Also, after they told me what the price really was and totaled it all up, it came to over $20.00. So, I went from ordering what started out as an $11.99 pizza to something that came to over $20.00, and that did NOT include a tip. I canceled my order, and this will be the LAST time I order from this mafia pizza place. DONT SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY TO BE TREATED LIKE THIS!!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE WHERE YOU'RE CHARGED WHAT THEY ADVERTISE AND NOT A DIFFERENT PRICE! CROOKS!!

My online pizza order was not delivered. When I called the restaurant I was greeted by a manager who didn’t care and was very, very rude. I was not able to get my pizza and nor was I able to get a refund. I asked to speak with the owners of the resturant, and was denied access to any upper management. So here I am.Stay away from this place. They will literally just take your money.

Lying Theives is what this store should be called.We order pizza from this papa John’s and the pizza was never delivered. We called the store to ask about our pizza and was told the person tried to deliver the pizza. That was not true as multiple people were waiting. When asked about it being delivered, we were told we needed to pick it up and no refunds were going to happen. The manager was the most unprofessional person I have encountered. She would not give us contact info for upper management. The end result is we did not get our pizza and no refund. These people essentially stole our money and basically laughed in our faces. What a horrible way to run a business. Stay Away! I’m sure this is some sort of scam and they are keeping the money. Avoid this place at all cost!

DO NOT order from here.y pizza was never delivered and was told I had to pick up myself and not could I get my money back. These people didn’t even attempt to deliver my pizza. The manger was not helpful in any way. Do not order here!

Employees are not at all helpful. Act like they are doing you a favor by taking your order. Inquiries regarding available specials are ignored, answered in a mumble, and/or you are told they are only available online. Better than $40.00 for 2 medium pizzas ...I don't care how they taste, I will never return to this or any other Papa John's...and I will advise ANYONE who asks to adopt the same policy.

The staff and delivery are 5/5 (fantastic) but we ordered extra, extra cheese and none of that made it to the order for charge or to the pizza. For the traveler that stays at Avid or Baymont without a drive to get food, delivery is a real good option BUT since these are new/newer hotels, they are well known locally and the addresses may be confusing. After that is worked out, delivery is a good deal. And, on Sunday, delivery is very limited BUT Papa John came through for us.
