After reading the reviews I was reluctant to come to this location. I tried calling before I arrived. The number listed was disconnected. Upon arrival I was met with a sign that read be back @ 2:50. Walked the mall and returned at 2:57. The store was still closed. Very unprofessional.

worst costumer service, reasons why i prefer shopping online! employees were to busy doing inventory and couldn't be bothered to help or even ask if i needed help... there were four employees and i was the only customer in the store.

Poor customer service. i was trying to be nice, as a customer we are not the one who will adjust to you all attitude ? that’s funny. but even I was getting a mad face to this lady, I was still trying to be nice. After I got paid just gave me receipt put my stuff in the bag and that’s it. Do I need to say thankyou first which is I did? Her name was lorena as what I saw on my receipt.

We just waited in line for an hour for them to come out and tell us that they were closing an hour early and would not help us until tomorrow. We don't even live here.

Wow! I had never been inside any Pandora location until I snagged a deal online and selected pickup at the Midland Mall location. I was amazed at how many options they had and the quality of the charms and the bracelets were astonishing for the price!Even better, the staff was accommodating but real. They were helpful and honest about inventory and what was coming or leaving without pushing me to make any purchases. I left really proud of my purchases and excited to gift them to the three recipients who will be getting them as Christmas gifts.

The person who served me was very rude, he didn't make suggestions, he didn't give me recommendations, he didn't talk to me, he just threw things at me and that's it. I felt sorry for that situation. It is incredible that they do not do sales management, if you buy well and if not too.

It is to crowded for me. And so loud you can't hear yourself think lol . If your used to the crowd it's a nice place to be but not for these country folks.

These locations are franchise’s Owned they will not return your money from an online purchase however they will gladly give you in store credit. No where on the return slip does it say it is at the stores discretion to give you your monetary refund. Tried to speak to customer service first person just hanged up on me and the other mentioned that it was at the stores discretion which it says no where on the site. This is gladly my last purchase with pandora and moving on to a different company that is American owned and not one out of Denmark.

Couldn't get a refund even with a receipt when it was a gift. After we had been there the day before to return and the lady at front said we just needed credit card. Took in gift, receipt, and credit card and they stated we had to take to Lubbock where it was purchased which was the same place, but different city.
