So upset with this O'Reilly's location. We went to get my battery replaced. The associate told us he couldn't help us install it, but wouldn't explain why (they've installed batteries in my car before...) just said "I just can't" (there were 3 other associates not helping anyone who could have helped but whatever). He then sold us the wrong battery. He got us the correct one, and we were supposed to get a refund for the difference in batteries (and the core return fee), but have yet to have them appear on our bank account. When we called to ask about the refund, the manager on duty stated the associate who helped us told him he gave us cash - which he didn't, as we have all the receipts showing that the refunds should have been put back on our cards...The manager on duty told us he couldn't help and to call back when the store manager was in, but wouldn't tell us when that would be and argued with us that the associate had to have given us cash because the till on that night wasn't short or over. I requested help on the website, was asked to send my contact info, and am waiting for the district manager to call. Very disappointed in this location as we've always trusted O'Reilly's to provide good, honest service. Hoping to receive a call from the district manager soon.

Low inventory, long lines and mediocre customer service.They didn’t have much in stock during today’s visit. They were well staffed but the check line was clear to the door with 2 registers open. No one greeted us upon entering nor did the employees engage with anyone waiting. The cashier was putout by us paying cash and even asked if we wanted our change back. That was the only interaction from anyone working.

Had an elderly lady not capable of doing to much ask me if I could help her change her bulbs on her car. While doing so, she informed me that the guy sitting inside on his phone refused to help, because it’s practically not his job. Literally took 2 minutes to change it out. No respect for elders and poor service. Straight up lazy people.

LIZ at O'reilly did a great job. Great customer service, listens well, happy individual. She checked my alternator, starter, and battery. All is good. Thank you LIZ. If only all customer service and people could be like LIZ at West Wadley location.

I was a loyal Oreilly goer in Lubbock and the staff at multiple locations knew me by first name. The Wadley location is the closest to my house in midland and I went in multiple times with the same feeling when leaving and that was the manager (a female with a neck tattoo and short hair) was extremely above and beyond rude. Other customers shared the same feeling. I tried 3 times and then finally I lost my cool. I caused a scene with her and then contacted district manager, regional manager and corporate office. I don’t do this unless I am pushed beyond my limits. I will now drive across town to visit the midkiff store to avoid this store. The staff at midkiff is complete opposite and looks for ways to help instead of looking for an opportunity to tell somebody no and get to feel a power trip. After talking to other people and other stores around town they too have taken notice of the same exact experience and employees at other stores say that they have people complain about her all the time. The “manager” has single handedly ruined this store and it’s reputation. I also took my money to advance auto on Wadley if it’s not something that is a warranty product or only available at Oreilly.

LIZ at the West Wadley location is a happy person who exudes customer service. She listens very well. She checked my battery, alternator and starter. All was good. Thank you LIZ at O'reillys on West Wadley in Midland.

Rewards members watch your account from this location. They like to change names on accounts and try to hijack your rewards. This is the only location I know that is doing it and am currently working on getting it fixed.They changed my name on my account to DALANIE PARKHURST. I have never been to this location so no reason for them to even touch my sht.

Great people at this location, top notch service, some of the staff is pretty new and less experienced but Liz and Maria have been there forever and know their stuff better than a parts store counterterperson has any right to.
