Be careful canceling any classes or your membership they won't let you and continue charging through the months. I canceled 2 classes and I was never able to get the same dates again. They make you do an online cancelation form and even though you don't go to classes they continue to charge you stating you are "behind" on payments. I have about $300 dollars on fees that I didn't go to class and still got charged they also won't give you back any reimbursement. Horrible place to do business with. The arm device cost about $130 its not free. And the room is small and hot, you don't have room to move around during work outs. One of the worst mistakes I ever did was signing up to this place. I 100% do not recommend.

To leave a review... I feel the need to explain the type of fitness personality I have.1. If the membership cost the same as an order of food, I will not routinely go.2. If there's no way to guage my effort level I will cheat myself.3. I want to get in and out with no thought about planning my workout.4. I want to lose weight, gain muscle, and get defined fast!I'll let Orange Theory explain how they work, however, they take the guess work out of fitness. It's a clean facility with bright personalities that make sure you feel welcome and learn the correct form with plenty of alternatives. I've been going for 2.5 months as of May 2023. I don't keep up with my weight, I think I've lost about 8 pounds; however my physique, stamina, strength, attitude and energy level has changed dramatically. I started out as a walker that was dying on the treadmill in the first 5 minutes I can now jog for about 15 minutes and challenge myself to push further.I honestly could go on and on about the place. I'm falling in love with myself with this form of self care and I think that's the most important part.Join you won't regret it. And tell them Tess Sent you ??

I am obsessed with orange theory. I have been going a few months and it has transformed my mental and physical health. The workouts are so fun and high quality. The music is awesome. The staff is so encouraging and friendly. I can’t say enough good things, worth every penny.

Well God forbid did you cancel your membership a day after your next due date, they will charge you an other month. If you have a complicated/difficult work schedule this isn’t the place.

Was hired by orange theory to hang a mirror in the women’s restroom and fix a running toilet and never got paid. The owners of this establishment do not care for their employees, vendors, or members.

Orange Theory is always a fun and high intensity work out where you leave feeling exhausted yet excited about your fitness journey. This morning I worked out with coach Tandi Curiel and she always keeps the atmosphere motivating and plays the good jams! Five stars for coaching, motivation and atmosphere!

Originally went in for a job interview. I was later asked to come back. I was told that I would start training for the job. I was told to get a black polo shirt and black workout pants(their uniform). Also work out clothes because they wanted me to try out the program they offer. So I can love what I’m promoting. I came in trained front desk for 3 hours. They showed me how to check guests in for work outs. What the job consisted of. Had me help guests basic job training. I took notes and was attentive during “job training”. The last hour I was told to join the workout. I joined the workout. After she asked me if I wanted to sign up for classes which I thought was odd as I was told employees receive free classes and I was under the impression that I was hired as I had already been there a total of 4 hours for “training”. They also tried to get my significant others information to sign up for classes. Which I informed them I could not until I had his consent. After which she dismissed me when I told her I wasn’t interested in joining the classes at the moment. As I was trying to earn money not spend it. I asked her when my next day to work would be and she dismissed me saying she would call me with in 36 hours. The whole experience was bizarre I never received a call back to work. I was never compensated for the 4 hours I was there. All I received was several emails to sign up which I unsubscribed to. To this day I get random calls from them asking me to sign up. I just think it was the tackiest way to try to find new members and just a warning for others who are seeking a job there and do not want their time wasted. I missed other job opportunities the day I came in for training with the impression I was hired as I have never had a 4 hour interview. I also spent money to buy a uniform as I was told. I would normally never leave a review but I’m tired of having them constantly having them call to join when I made it clear I had no interest in joining and was irritated on their strategy of getting new customers.

I have been to many gyms and fitness classes, but OTF is the BEST Workout in the world anyone can attend.
