“First of all, it was a holiday and these folks were working because we demand to be served on our days off requiring the rest of society to bow to said demands. So, thank you Take 5 for satisfying our, the consumers' selfishness. But then I was met with smiling, friendly employees who remarked that it was hot today and asked me if I'd like a cold bottle of water while I waited. I downed my water and not 2 minutes later I was ushered into the bay. The knowledgeable gentleman gave his coworkers the specs on my truck and we went through the state inspection quickly but thoroughly. I was asked to please wait while my standard truck was driven by an employee who knows how to drive a standard which set my mind at ease before I even had a chance to become anxious. Then he walked out to where I was waiting, handed me my paperwork, told me I passed, gave me my change and smiled and told me to have a great day and thanked me for my patronage of this establishment. This company is doing things right. Well trained and highly personable staff made my experience very enjoyable and that's why I always take my business to them! Thanks Take 5!”

John was a manager from a different store and he helped out tremendously.
The new woman working was VERY professional and kind even though I was stressed out.
Now my only complaint is the manager.
He didn’t put in my vehicle information correctly. The mileage was completely wrong. Told me I had two different Kia’s on my profile, and a Chevy.
The manager is special. I have no issues with that. My issue is the communication and being able to understand what the workers are saying. Downfall on a business is when communication is not met with their customers.
I do HIGHLY recommend Jon & The Woman.”

“I used the self wash side this weekend and was pleasantly surprised by the results. I actually went to another car wash and streaked my truck up so bad that I had to come to this one to fix it. I see complaints of the soap and chemicals in the reviews here but I found all the available chemicals were very generous and highly effective. Not sure what to think about some of the reviews I see here but I will tell you that this wash took my 19 Ram nearly back to year one”

“I’ve had good experiences here with my company trucks for oil changes and car washes. If it was my personal vehicle I would suggest asking what all they plan to charge ahead of time bc I got a car wash done on my company truck and when signing the invoice noticed they had charged an extra $35 bc of mud on the truck. Honestly it wasn’t very bad either, but they did a good job and it looked great after! The oil change was done fast and the guys were friendly.”
“Thank you so much to Mark in the automotive! After having trouble with the South Side Walmart and their inability to change my flat tire Mark saved the day! I called and all he said was bring it up here and we will get it done. I waited maybe 15 minutes and had my tire fixed. The vibes in the automotive section is just unmatched!
