Renter beware, coming from a 5 year tenant that finally got out:I have lived here since 2019, quickly watched this property turn into a roach and drug infested hell hole. Stray cats and off leash dogs, tennis court that remains an unspoken dog park with flood lights hardly ever working. Management does not care about anything that happens to their residents. Maintenance does. Regular shootings and car thieves, and laundry mat pervs. MPD is constantly on the property. Since being here, I know of at least 3 people who have been shot and killed (one being a minor), people's motorcycles being stolen or vandalized (mine included), regular sewage backups greeted my nose with gags for weeks at a time before getting drained, only to return once again (building 5 is flooding on the west side again as of 2/8/24 check it out!). If you try to tell the office you don't feel safe and you want to leave, they still might tell you you have to pay out your lease before you're allowed to leave. I got to watch someone get tackled by MPD while he was trying to kick down a resident's door because they had the nerve to tell him to stop hitting his wife (2022). Fast forward to 2024, same person has the sliding door broken down in his unit by MPD in December 2023, for evading with a toddler in his hands. A glass door that is still not fixed as of this day 2/8/24. This complex uses free tax money for the HUD program to let drug dealers, junkies, and criminals keep their lifestyles up to par, while people who actually earn what they have...SUFFER. No thanks to the Management. I have fought tooth and nail just to leave for my family's safety and they still came in and turned off all of our breakers 8 days before our move-out day which spoiled the food I had left in my refrigerator! I paid a $500 pro-rate to be told that it might have been a power surge, or something I had plugged in. "How would that trigger every breaker in the unit then?" The only response I could get was "Well maybe there's something more serious going on".Folks, all I had at that point was the AC and fridge. When I asked Sydney about it she told me she's not allowed to call Niles on his lunch break. But this isn't a lunch break for me, it's my livelihood, I was gaslit by the office managers from beginning to end over something that should have been a 'come clean and let's fix it" situation. Instead I paid $500 of pro-rated rent that went to spoiling my food. Don't live here if you want a better life. They don't care about you, they care about the quota. Mice, roaches, violence, and theft. That's what Northridge is thriving on right now.

Sydney has been such a huge help at this difficult time dealing with the cold weather making sure her sister property accommodated me with the problems I’ve been having these last couple days and I can’t thank her enough!! Keep up the good work it really shows..

Don’t do it. The last managers stole the renters money and they don’t honor their agreements. They will trick you into signing a lease so read all the fine print. You may need an attorney to go over it. They even take advantage of disabled people and have illegals stacked 6 deep in one bedroom apartments raking in that government dole. A bunch of schisters and most illegals can’t speak a word of English and you have no idea where they come from. Wild parties at the pool all summer and glass liquor bottles flying off balconies. A dangerous place that’s reminiscent of a third world country. Run!!!

Do not move here. You will be lucky if you get a great condition apartment. We have faced many issues at these apartments. We saw roaches our first night living there. Pest control had to come many times just to get rid of them and they still came back. Months later, we get a ceiling leak. Our whole room carpet was drenched in water. Couldn’t stay there few nights. Due to mildew smell and to wait for carpet to dry also ceiling repairs. The whole time we weren’t staying there we wanted to know if they could give another unit due to how long the process was. Keep in mind we had to keep calling and calling to get an update because they would never call or reach out. We waited so long about a few weeks. We then decided to break our lease after we returned back home. There was mold on the wall growing in the closet and room. They didn’t even really fix the ceiling leak they patched it up if anything. We knew if we stayed we would face more problems in the future living here so we broke the lease and moved out. Think twice before you even come here.

My wife is renting an apartment from this place due to working in odesa tx. From day one after they received our money for the apartment and all fees, there has been one problem after another they expect you to live in substandard conditions by dishwasher not working and very nasty, refrigerator leaking Water. Cabinets are more than past their prim bathroom vanity. Well, past prim continues water leaks from bathroom ceiling. more than five work orders have been submitted, and the maintenance department says the problem is fixed, but then the same problem starts all over again.

Been living here almost a year and the service is just as bad as my arrival day from customer service to management. They showed me a different apartment that was in much better condition than the 1 they gave me. I was so unsatisfied with it and I tried to break my lease 1st day. Luckily i survived the texas summer heat for a month with no A/C. For a month it was 78 -82 degrees in my apartment. Maintenance say the A/C working its just hot outside but was able to get it working 28 days later. Slept in sweat. They dont change the locks they too cheap to do that. The maintenence ppl just pick the lock so no telling who has access to your belonging. The previous family could still have copy key possibility. The appliances constantly need repairing and look like whatever they replace they get it from a yard sale or good will type of business. And if they can't get it from there well you'll just be waiting till they find some new trash to replace the old. These are some decent apartments if they were project housing. I wouldn't advice anyone to move here. My bathroom ceiling leaks I'm afraid the ceiling may fall in 1 day. About 4 months ago some teen got shot and killed in front of my door, clothes been stolen and the cameras around the apartment don't work just for decoration so don't rely on them. This place is horribly ran and really don't care about you. Ive ran into previous ppl that lived here since ive had residents here and they tell me how bad they're experienced before i say any negative remark about Northridge courts. Wish I would've read these comments before I got involved with these ppl. I don't like to complain but they earned these comment and I just want to let ppl know before they make a decision like I'm regretting right now. Needless to say I will NOT be renewing my lease by any means. Choose wisely because this not it.

Super high energy in the office at all times. Taylor has been the one who I’ve been working and everytime I come to here with a problem (which are minimal) she will hear me out and quickly find a solution everytime!

We have been dealing with some pretty significant issues with our unit. The inside of the apartments look great and well taken care of by previous renters... until you move in.Since day one of move in, which was almost 3 months ago now, we have been dealing with a water leak and the fallout damage. There is substantial damage to our kitchen and we requested maintenance several times for repairs. The piping replacement was just completed two weeks ago, but we still have holes in our walls and untreated mold in the cabinets. We have not been able to fully move in to our apartment and it's quite frustrating. We have expressed our concerns to the front office on several occasions and still are waiting on repairs. We have also been dealing with a faulty breaker, which caused us to lose power on and off for days and had issued with our locks. These aren't small issues. The maintenance staff here is helpful, when avaliable... they are over worked and under staffed.But... 2 stars for the location. It is close to loop 250, but far enough away for you don't hear traffic noise. Within walking distance of United and within 5 minutes of HEB and Walmart. The neighborhood has a park a few blocks away, it's a great spot if you like to walk dogs. I'm sure if we got a unit that everything was functioning properly in, we would enjoy our stay here more.

Rent is relatively average for expensive rent area. Maintenance here is very good. They respond promptly to fixing items when needed.

Very bad customer service, I came looking for information about the apartments that are available and it was very incomplete, they only wrote the amounts to pay on a piece of paper without explaining to me what each apartment includes or not. She was busy and I preferred not to ask her any more questions. I will not move here.
