Went there to shop, like just browsing always find something i need. This store had no working restrooms male or female ( what do all the workers use?) immediately left , this location takes awhile to get there (5:00 pm) should have went to the location by midland mall

Web site states very clearly, pick up in under 2 hours, for orders placed online for in-stock items. Before placing the order, I called the store confirm that my item was in stock. Placed the order at 3:10pm on 9/26/2023. At 9:15am on 9/27/2023, the automated phone system still says the order is being processed. I have been waiting for over 30 minutes as of this writing to speak with a customer service person.

Stores are always clean and well stocked. The reasons I don't chose Northern first is the Price gouging. Pricing is rarely average almost always high. When you see an item on the shelf and the advertised price doesn't match the price at checkout. staff doesn't fix problem all they sometimes say is take a picture and show us. You got to be kidding me. Let me hold up the line and go take a pic! It's beed going on for YEARS.
