I arrived a few minutes before 7:30 am, and was the second car in line. I was there for an oil change and to have my rear brakes changed. I knew that it would take a couple of hours. About 11:30 am, I was told that my rotors needed to be replaced, and that it would take about another hour. Finally at 1:30 pm, they told me my car was ready. I had been there for 6 hours by that time. I was told that it would cost about $350 for the rear brakes, and when told that my rotors needed to be changed, it would add up to $600. Evidently the oil change was not added in to that total because when I checked out my total was $706. I realize that all of that takes time to do the work-but 6 hours? I also think you need some kind of program to help out people who have a hard time paying for a large amount at one time. Especially someone on a very fixed income. It was a very frustrating day for me. I appreciate the work that was done, as it had to be done, so I could continue to drive my car.

Mr. Fred Watson was amazing with us. He didn't try to up sell or steer me a different way. I told him exactly what I wanted and what I was looking for in price. He went above and beyond and snagged us a great deal on out new to us vehicle. If you got to nissan of Midland then see Fred! And Mr. Tyler Waller was awesome too with getting us signed into our SUV.

I had to leave my vehicle for warranty work but was told they would bring it back to me later today. I explained that I don't have any other form of transportation and they assured me it would be back today. I called at 2 pm and was told it was fixed and, again, told they would bring it back today. I texted a couple times while working and nobody would respond to my text. I told them I need to go see a doctor as I am quite ill. They are now closed and I am still waiting for someone to return my vehicle as promised. Guess I can't go to the doctor in the morning as planned. Who knows when they will give me back my vehicle! EdIT: they finally returned my vehicle at 6:40 pm. Communication could be much better but at least I did get my vehicle back today.

We were highly dissatisfied with our service from Nissan of Midland. Their salesman Jake sold us a used car with prior damage and presented faulty expectations. Their service was very unprofessional and communication skills were very tacky. Six days after purchasing the car, we noticed glass falling into our trunk and a broken side passenger mirror. We are very unhappy.

Nissan of Midland exceeded every expectation!! Jordan was great to work with!! I bought my car sight unseen. She sent me videos and pictures of it that made me feel like I was there and was patient with me while I tried to decide. They made me a great offer on my trade in and got the price where I needed it to be. They even delivered it to me in another town!! First time ever of not having buyer’s remorse. Paperwork was so simple!! We will definitely buy again from them!!

My salesperson, Lila Stanley was amazing. She was very informative and not pushy. Nissan was the first dealership we visited. She was so kind that we didn't feel the need to go anywhere else.

Took a few days to get appointment but they responded same day as I took it in. I hoped for better results but with the CVT transmission results were not good.Good service though from service rep and shuttle service. Hats off to them.Would of given 5 stars if I could have had a quicker appointment.

Barrett met us on the sales lot with a great attitude and willingness to get us into the vehicle we had chosen! He helped us every step of the way, keeping us informed. This dealership’s process ran like a well oiled machine! Total time from arrival to drive away in new vehicle was not over three (3) hours. Amazing!!! Thanks Barrett for all your help!

Poor customer representative, poor communication, this location kept my car for a week and ultimately had no diagnosis on what was wrong with my car. It sucks that it’s the only Nissan dealership in the area. I definitely don’t recommend, back in February when I last took my vehicle, staff was way better now they lack it all.

Overall, very good dealership. I was able to drive off with a used Rogue Sport car within the same day. Friendly and quick minded staff. Just make sure you walk in with someone that would be comfortable co-signing with you, driver's license, social security card, 3 references, and bring pay stub deposit papers.

I dealt with Jake via cell phone a few days before actually showing up at the dealership. When I did show up with my wife and started running numbers, I was not happy with trade in offer but Jake did raise the trade in to my expectation. We purchased a new Platinum Pathfinder for my wife and it was a pleasure. Jake did everything he could to make our experience a pleasurable one. The finance guy was super friendly and explained everything very clearly. I would recommend Midland Nissan to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle in a comfortable surrounding with good people.

The Service Department was quick to acknowledge and help me. The service agent was polite, informative and kept me up-to-date on results of test and length of time needed to repair. I would like to add that I have taken my car to Nissan Odessa twice for this repair and told them I thought something was wrong. They told me,”No” that it was just the battery. The service lady today knew exactly what was wrong and explained that they would fix it. I appreciate the service I received today so much. I will return to Nissan of Midland for all of my needs. Thank you.

Thanks George and Barret for staying late on a Friday night to get our wrecked car towed in for repairs and getting us back on the road. My wife and I were on our way to house sit with my elderly parents for my youngest sister who is taking a much needed vacation! With your help we were able to arrive in Phoenix on Saturday to see her off and hang out with my parents!! God Bless ❤️
