Had trouble with signal out here at my house until I was told about Net Ops and now my kids and I couldn’t be happier, definitely recommend it. Stream football games and movies at the same time with no problem.

Great Internet company! For those that lives outside the city and have only so few choices to pick up too. This company is is a well 5 star place, not just payment plan wise, but customer service as well.

The speeds are pretty fast for west odessa(sometimes in the summer when kiddos are out of school, you may receive slightly slower speeds but what can you do when ppl let their kids play Fortnite or call of duty all day). Haven't had much problem from net ops say some outages every now and again, even then the customer service is quite good with the updates. Been with them for over 4 years and I'm fairly happy with them. Every problem I have had, Cassie was able to help me out and check on my stuff to figure things out. If your wanting good internet for west odessa, this is the one I would go with. Price ain't too bad and you get good speeds most of the time.

When I called to make an appointment they were very nice and knowledgeable! Customer service is amazing! Paying online is awesome! I just wish our internet was faster as I live out west and my son complains from time to time! But everything else is great!

Best internet provider I've had in the past 17 years I've lived at this location. And I had 6 or 7 before NetOps came on the scene. Seldom have service interruption and they are great about sending updates on the cause and estimated repair time. Highly recommend them ?
