Had trouble returning a $40 item because I bought it at a different Napa. They said it messes up their inventory. Might be a common policy but seemed strange to me. They finally agreed to take it. Afterwards I looked at my receipt and noticed they gave me less than half back on my second item which was a core return . I see why they agreed to the deal now.

Great service, these people know what you need when you request a part and nobody can beat their low prices. Need auto parts, go to NAPA first and you will not have to go anywhere else
